I'm supposed to go to a bachelorette party tonight. I have no voice from throwing up so much and I have no desire to dress cute because I feel so crappy. I will probably bow out quietly after dinner.
I plan to take a nice long nap before I have to go later. I'm looking forward to getting back in bed lol
I'm hanging out with my 18 month old while DH snoozes. Going to go return some things and maybe shop a little bit. Then come home and finish deep cleaning the rest of the house because my mother is taking my DD for a few hours.

DH and I were folding about a million loads of laundry. Next up is a trip to Walmart. Later today I plan on packing up all of my regular clothes that no longer fit to make room for maternity clothes.

Trying to get some work done while DH is at the store with DS. I just want to lay in bed all day. I can't wait to get my energy back. It will come back...right?
H is preparing brunch and I'm sitting with a heating pad on my back. My back has been killing me for a few days and I know that our crappy furniture is the culprit (we need to go sofa shopping BAD!). lennonkdc, thank goodness we got the sleep number last spring, otherwise my entire body may ache!
DD was ready for a nap at ten this morning, so we put her down early and we've been purging "junk" from the basement. Silly H wants to get rid of more stuff like every other week!
I have a bunch of errands to run, but it's zero degrees outside. So instead I just ate an entire bowl of microwave popcorn (a bag is one serving, right?).
My sweet DH came to visit!! So he let me sleep in which was amazing since I felt beyond terrible yesterday!! Now ikea for lunch, Costco and hopefully a family nap

DH made late breakfast. I ate, took a long hot shower, helped him dry dishes, then went back to nauseated + headache. We were hoping to do something fun outside of the house today, but no one's super motivated and it's cold. The theme of our day seems to be "meh."
Lazy day today. I've been hanging out with the girls all day. DH went and did a big grocery run (trying to get back on track with meal planning) and he's currently cleaning the kitchen. Then he's going to make dinner. So thankful to just lay on the couch.
I've been having a lot of times per day where my heart feels like it's beating hard/palpitations. Is this happening to anyone else? I forgot to mention it at my appointment yesterday.

We went to a diaper dash this morning (basically a crawling contest). DS made it two feet down the mat, laid his head down, and started crying. He did not win.

Hi ladies!! So I did end up getting my hair cut, but I didn't get it colored. I have too much anxiety I think. I scheduled to have it done after I'm out of first trimester.

Yes, I've been having the same thing. I attributed it to stress though, as I'm going through a lot right now. The heart does have to work overtime with all the extra blood from pregnancy but it would be worth mentioning to your doc.

Today my nanny emailed. After we arranged back up care for a WHOLE MONTH for her to road trip with an out-of-country friend, she wants 2 more weeks off for family stuff. Come on, you are an adult. Say no to your parents when they tell you to ignore your job to do stuff for them. In the same email she both promises not to take off any more time this year and asks if we just want to hire the back up care person full time (no, because I don't think our back up wants that). My stress level has gone waaaaay up. Somebody needs to teach this woman that the real world does not work like this. Jobs are obligations. But obviously that someone is not her parents done they "need" her to just ignore us and do something for them for a week.

I haven't had it yet with this pregnancy, elm1214, but I remember it scaring me so bad with my daughter's pregnancy. The docs said what shehulk723, says too.
You can sit and rest for a bit until it calms down. I agree with letting them know as well.
We took the kids to the playground, which was fun, but DS2 fell and busted his chin open. So that was dramatic. Luckily we were able to avoid an ER trip. Now I'm going to hide in my bed, try not to puke, and watch Behind the Candelabra
Got back from the park and got to Skype with my BFF/old college roommate to tell her the good news. Turns out she's due a week before me! It's her third and I'm so excited!!!

I've gotten sick 3 times today and I still don't feel less nauseous. I'm not sure if I should go to the bach dinner tonight or not. I would really like to go out and feel normal for at least a little bit, but I don't want to get sick in a restaurant bathroom

I had this for a couple of weeks earlier on. It was not fun at all, but it seemed to be normal, having to do with increased blood volume.
