Healthy Living Check-In 1/17

Starting weight on 12/1/15 = 173
Last week = 164.2 (I think?)
Today = 166.4
I have been doing well with my calorie in take and working out daily and I'm GAINING?! FML All I can think of is that I have stopped doing the five small meals a day, because it is ridiculously difficult for me to eat 5x with my schedule and that has tanked my metabolism? I also know I haven't been drinking as much water as I was before. My clothes still fit the same looseness so I also assume that gain is largely water retention? I don't know. I'm just trying to remind myself that weight loss isn't a linear process and plateaus happen and not get frustrated. Even though I am frustrated.
But as for my goals... I did exercise 6x this week and I was under my calorie count every day. So there is that. Goal this week is to again exercise 6x for at least 30 minutes and to drink a minimum of 3 liters of water daily (this is what I had been following for the first month) and not weigh myself again until next Sunday morning. I'm going to put the scale away and just focus on being as healthy as I can.
I may AW in here this week because I need the check in and accountability so sorry ahead of time if I make everyone crazy. And please ladies, make me stay off the scale all week!
GTKY: I was a walk on on my college team and my last year lead the SW conference in assists and was the second high scorer on my team. I then played competitive rec league soccer for thirteen years, until I got pg with DS1, and coached competitive, middle school girls teams. I loved soccer in HS but my primary sport there was equestrian because the boarding school I transferred to my last two years didn't have a soccer team. I was nationally ranked my senior year of HS with my horse.
