Just went to the bathroom and had some red spotting. We did do a lot of walking at the aquarium today but I took a long nap after so I've been resting. Also had the transvaginal u/s on Friday but I would think I would have bled before now. I guess I'm just worried. Not sure if I should call the on call Dr or what. It's not a lot but it's more than I've ever had. Just scared.
**update** Had some more spotting last night so called the OBs office and got in for an u/s today. Baby is still good and measuring well. She put me on pelvic rest and no exercise and no heavy lifting till I'm out of the first trimester.
Only thing I'm worried about now is she printed 3 pictures and wrote something on a sticky note and took it with her :/ She's the PA so maybe she wants to ask the OB his opinion but it worries me that she saw something and wanted to talk to him about it. Ugh!

Call the doctor just in case. Hopefully they can reassure you that it's no big deal but maybe they'll want to check you out just to make sure everything is ok.
Good luck, I know how scary it is but FX everything is fine!

I probably wouldn't call tonight, but I've been through lots of spotting and bleeding this pregnancy and there isn't much they can do tonight. I would put your feet up and drink lots of water and then call your doc's office in the morning. Hopefully it's nothing more than an irritated cervix.

I'll most likely call tmrw morning. I'm going to rest and drink water for now, unless it gets worse. Hopefully it'll stop and I can sleep tonight. Thank you guys. I didn't spot at all with DD so this is scary.
I hope you are able to get some rest tonight and the spotting stops! I had a lot of bright red spotting/bleeding at 10.5 weeks with DD1 and I know how scary it is. Hugs!

I could be misremembering, but I feel like there was some gap of time between my transvaginal ultrasound & the spotting + cramping that followed. I hope you can get some rest tonight & that the spotting stops!
*lurking* I had a ton of spotting during my 8th week. For my sanity we went to the er and I was told it could just be my placenta attaching. Or sometimes your body can forget you are pregnant and give you a mini period.

This has been happening to my friend, too. When she walks a decent amount in a day, she'll start spotting. So far, no one has found anything wrong. I'm willing to bet it was just exertion spotting. :)
I was put on pelvic rest for red/pink spotting after light to moderate exercise, but was assured that the spotting was only coming from my cervix. I would bet you just irritated your cervix walking, when maybe it was already mad about the dildocam. The fact that it changed to brown is a very good sign. Hugs and good thoughts!
I'm pretty certain if the note on the sticky was anything bad, they would have let you know... at least I hope so! FX everything stays positive! Glad the little one looked good on US.
