theophania I'm glad you are feeling positive this time! Although getting sick sucks I always tried to see it as reassurance that things were going well.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if you're comfortable): CP last month, on the first postpartum cycle.
How far along are you? 4 weeks, 5 days.
How are you feeling physically? Pretty good this early. Emotionally? I'd say okay now that my test lines are super dark. I was anxious a lot with DD in 1st tri before I had a loss, so I'm feeling similar to that level of nervousness.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Need to call the doctor still. I know I'll feel next better after an ultrasound.
Anything else you would like to share? Nope.
GTKY: What are your current favorites shows? This is embarrassing, but I've been binging the new 90210 on Netflix.

theophania Could we make this a PGaL + PAIF checkin? I'm not PGaL (yet), but as a PAIF-er (IVF) Im terrified and freaked out in a way that I feel might be able to relate better with PGaL ladies than the people that got pregnant without running into any challenges.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if you're comfortable): No losses. TTC 18 cycles, success after IVF
How far along are you? 7w6d
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Lost
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Ultrasound Feb 1 (8w5d)
Anything else you would like to share? At my first t/v ultrasound (6w3d) they found a gestational sac measuring small (8.72mm), a yolk sac, and a fetal pole (3.84mm; 6w0d), but no heartbeat. Our RE pretty much said it was the end, but we'd have a follow up in a week. At the follow up ultrasound (7w3d), they found a heartbeat (120bpm), and the gestational sac grew (13.74). This was a happy surprise. But there was more bad news to come. The fetal pole measure more than a week behind (5.08mm; 6w2d). Since it only grew 2 days in a one week period, were still not very hopeful. We have another follow up on Feb 1 (8w5d). I just feel so lost right now. Im pregnant, but theres a very high chance something is wrong and this isn't going to work out, so I'm not able to feel happy.

Pregnancy Loss Background (if you're comfortable): MMC in August 2015 at 8 weeks
How far along are you? 7w3d
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?Physically - pretty good. Tired all the time but nothing I can't handle. Increasing MS/nausea - has moved from early afternoon to the morning and seems to be mostly related to how quickly I eat breakfast. Emotionally - After my good news u/s Friday, pretty damn great. I still find myself hesitant to tell anyone else I'm pregnant until after my next u/s on 2/25, but feeling all excitement right now.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Friday I will be 8 weeks. For my loss, we found out on 8 weeks the baby's heart had stopped. So while I'm feeling good about this pregnancy, it will still be nice to get past that 8 week point.
Anything else you would like to share? I'm really appreciating the fact that I got that early u/s. Even though we didn't find out about the loss until 8 weeks, baby had stopped growing at 6+1. To be able to have had an ultrasound and see the baby measuring right and to be able to see/hear the heartbeat was huge to me.
GTKY: What are your current favorites shows? Game of Thrones!!!! Bones, Supernatural, Law & Order: SVU, and Big Bang Theory. I also watch This Old House and Hell's Kitchen (DVR only so I can fast forward the contestants screaming at each other) but they're not "favorites".
Me: 28, all tests normal DH: 34, very low count, motility, morphology DX - MFI 11/14/09 - Married 01/01/14 - TTC #1 01/06/15 - Started working with RE 04/06/15 - Recommendation - straight to IVF w/ICSI 09/04/15 - Started working with new RE Nov/Dec 15 - IVF w/ ICSI #1 - 11R/8F - 1 transferred, 3 frozen

Big hugs meerkatmillie. I hope everything is ok and will be keeping FX for you for your next u/s. That's a good heart rate so hopefully your little bean has a growth spurt and catches up.
You'll be in my thoughts and I'll be hoping for the best for you.
meerkatmillie I'm sorry you feel so in limbo. I'll be thinking about you and hoping you have a great next appointment. Although extra monitoring definitely has a purpose I think sometimes it can bring even more worry.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if you're comfortable): Second trimester loss in May and first trimester loss in September.
How far along are you? 5 weeks 4 days
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I'm feeling tired...and slightly nauseous but nothing intense. Emotionally I am an anxious wreck. I started seeing a therapist today so hopefully that will help.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: First appointment and u/s on 2/11
Anything else you would like to share? Just thinking of all of you ladies as we try to get through this first trimester!
GTKY: What are your current favorites shows? Anything on Bravo!!

Pregnancy Loss/Infertility Background (if you're comfortable): Diagnosed with unexplained infertility. Finally got my BFP with IVF#2.
How far along are you? 5 weeks 4 days
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically - I welcome ALL THE SYMPTOMS because it means I'm pregnant. There is so much reassurance in the cramping, exhaustion, and food aversions. Emotionally - freaking out. I know I won't be able to calm down until that first ultrasound. A part of me is thinking, "After all this time, is this really it? Do I really get to have a baby?"
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: February 10th is our first ultrasound. Hopefully we'll be graduating to my obgyn then.
Anything else you would like to share? I've got nuthin.
GTKY: What are your current favorites shows? I don't watch a lot of tv shows, but the ones I do are Modern Family and Shark Tank. My guilty pleasure is Dateline. I like a lot of Netflix shows like Kimmy Schmidt and Orange is the New Black. I've also recently started binge watching Pretty Little Liars because it's easy to have it on in the background when I'm working from home.
Aside from my crazy episode last night I'm okay, just tired. Emotionally I feel anxious. I have my appointment today and I just want to see the heartbeat.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: today at 9:30.
Anything else you would like to share? Just hoping and wishing the best for everyone.
GTKY: What are your current favorite shows? GoT, Shameless, Suits, Homeland, and starting to get into Shades of Blue.

theophania, I am so glad you started this check-in!!!
Pregnancy Loss/Infertility Background (if you're comfortable): I had 2 easy and uneventful pregnancies and deliveries with my daughters in 2008 and 2011. We moved to a new state in 2013 and started to TTC #3, between then and now I have had 4 early miscarriages (including one ectopic after IVF). I started to see a fertility doctor in the spring of 2014 and it was discovered that I had 2 problems, low AMH (.2) and also a c-scar defect called an isthmocele. It basically made my uterus have a huge pocket that held toxic fluid and made me miscarry easily. I had 2 surgeries to correct the defect, tried 3 IUIs and 2 rounds of IVF all without success. We decided to pursue adoption and gave up the idea of having another biological child. Our profile went live in December and I got my BFP for this pregnancy on Jan 11th.
How far along are you? 6W6D
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I am ok, I feel exhausted and a tiny bit nauseous and also have "food aversion" which I had with my oldest daughter. Emotionally I am a wreck. Even though we saw the heart beat on Monday I'm worried every single day this isn't going to end well. I'm absolutely terrified.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I have another ultrasound on Monday 2/1 at 7W4D
Anything else you would like to share? I am going to be clinging very tight to you ladies!
GTKY: What are your current favorites shows? Downton Abbey, Teen Mom, Real Housewives (I am a reality TV junky)
