Trying to get rid of a black maternity skirt

I ordered a black knee length GAP (size S) maternity skirt on final sale from ThredUp.com.  It doesn't fit, I can't send it back, and I don't know anyone IRL that could wear it.  I just want to recover the cost ($8.50 + shipping).

Anyone here want it?  It's super cute but just doesn't fit!  LINK to skirt

Is it too big? I wonder if it would fit better when you're further along. I like it but no way would I fit into a small.
