18w 2d STM carrying baby girl. My husband looked at me last night and said you really look pregnant. I swear last time you didn't look this pregnant for a few months. Haha thanks Hun!
I was going to comment on mladerri 's shirt too. Where did you get it? So pretty! I need some cute shirts like that to wear to work on my clinic days.
As for mine - Gap Maternity on clearance. I think it was like $6. It's kind of boring but it was cheap and it is one of two maternity shirts that I currently own (I just ordered a bunch more...)
txmommy14frecklesnbrains thank you! Nordstrom rack. The designer is Daniel rainn. All his stuff is super flowy. I don't think it's maternity but definitely fits my giant belly. Looks like you can even order online and there are some of his blouses on www.nordstromrack.com for $17 right now.
Flair Underwood - fun fact....my doctor actually commented the last time I was in her office that STM's almost always carry lower (or at least feel like they are) than the first time. She said it's muscle memory and that your body knows what to do and it's not that slow stretching and growing that it was last time. She said the good news is that this is also why you push for like 15 min with your second instead of the 2 hours with your first. Gosh I hope she's right! I know boys tend to carry lower too so that is probably making it seem a lot different this time around for you!

My first was a boy and my second was a girl. DD sat so high I used to have to push her down! I couldn't breath an sit up normally. When I had DS my water broke at 11 but I didn't go into real labor so around 6 they put me on pitocin and he was born at 3:00 in the morning. With DD I started feeling strong contractions at noon, went in and she was born about 4 hours later! This baby is sitting very very low IMO. I have this feeling it's a boy. I know DH is getting nervous because my daughter came so fast and we are about a half hour from the hospital. When I had DD we were 2 miles!

nymama917, broadwaymama, I'm sure a LOT of this has to do with muscle memory. I'm hopeful that helps him come out. DD got stuck with her head bent the wrong way and never dropped (so urgent c-section). Since this kid is already punching me in the cervix, maybe this will mean a nice, fast natural labor??!
