What did your exercise consist of? - I woke up early and did 2 spin classes this week. Both before finding out I was pregnant. Woohoo!
Did you try anything new? What? Nope
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? - I won't be able to take my pre-workout supplement anymore so it's going to be difficult to wake up enough for spin in the morning!
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) - I've actually lost weight in the past month not knowing I was KU. I'm going to try REALLY hard this time around to keep the weight in control. Last pregnancy I gained about 60 lbs and I was just about done getting most of it off (DD was born 3/15/15). I am NOT going back to that place this time.
GTKY: does your spouse work out? With you or separately? - He lifts a few times a week at the gym. We don't go together because once of us has to stay with our LO
What did your exercise consist of? Brisk walking for 45 minutes, but man...I really miss spin and running. I had to pretty much give them up while going through IVF because it was too much for my ovaries. Now, they suggest I stay away from them because it's too high intensity for my body after being away from it for awhile.

(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) I've actually lost weight, but I attribute that to food aversions.
GTKY: does your spouse work out? With you or separately? Occasionally. We do not work out together. We give each other unsolicited advice and piss each other off.

My only forms of exercise are running around after our kids (ha) and a daily walk with our overly energetic German shepherd mix (he's only a year old so basically a 75 pound puppy), anywhere from .5 to 1.5 miles depending on how much energy I have and how cold it is. I'm hoping the dog walking will keep my weight gain around the same as my previous 2 pregnancies (~30 lbs both times, which I'm fine with). I also have a prenatal yoga DVD I bought last time I was pg that is still in the shrink wrap so maybe I'll bust that out this time.
ETA: my H works out on his own, he does a super long/fast walk with the dog and he has a whole strength training routine he does daily, which I want no part of
What did your exercise consist of? -running and strength training.
Did you try anything new? What? -I'm meeting with my coach today. She kept me in shape through my last pregnancy so I'm looking forward to what she has in store for me today!
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? -fatigue has me half-assing some of the strength training.
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) -none yet!
GTKY: does your spouse work out? With you or separately? -yes, almost every day but I'm a morning person and he's an afternoon exerciser.
How many days did you exercise this week? 2 maybe 3 if I go tomorrow. What did your exercise consist of? Barre Did you try anything new? What? Nope Are you having any issues getting your exercise in die to symptoms. Fatigue and nausea had slowed me down a little and it's harder to hold poses like I use to. (OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? ( How much have you gained since getting pregnant) 2lbs probably from all the carbs I'm craving. GTKY: does your spouse work out? With you or separately? He works out occasionally. His job is just so crazy right now. When he does go he goes to the gym at his work. So we work out separately. I couldn't picture him doing barre anyways lol.
