DH is OOT most of the week for work so not really making plans...probably a lot of PB&J/grilled cheese action going on to be honest. Maybe some chicken sandwiches. And then just cut up veggies and fruit.

@jemomma, and anyone else of course, this feels like a dumb question... do you have a go-to stir fry sauce you use? I like a little flavor other than just soy sauce and I make one version with Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame dressing, but don't want to use the bottled dressing all the time. I just need some new ideas!

Ugh I have no clue. I was supposed to go shopping yesterday but day drank with my friends all day instead because it was January and 80 degrees. MOTY! I'll be watching this thread for ideas.
Thank you for prompting me to make a meal plan We have to hit up the grocery store when I get off of work today too.
Monday: Sloppy Joes & Baked Sweet Potato Fries (Sloppy Joe meat already made, & Baby G went crazy for Sweet Potato Fries last week so I'm excited to make them for her) Tuesday: Loaded Baked Potatoes with Crockpot Pulled Chicken Wednesday: Zucchini Spaghetti & Garlic Bread Thursday: Leftovers Friday: Business Dinner
Uh.... Last night: sloppy joes and fries Tonight: ravioli and garlic bread Tomorrow: brown sugar pork loin with carrots and potatoes Wednesday: h is working later; leftovers Thursday: French onion chicken and rice casserole Friday/Saturday: ILs are in and we'll likely eat out.
I have a lot more planned that I haven't been able to make because h has been working late and getting something there and I just eat a box of mac and cheese or some cereal or something.

Sun: Slow cooker brisket and Rotini with kale Mon: Poblano Quesadillas with rice (this got bumped from last week) Tue: Salmon and Quinoa with ginger lime sauce Wed: Eat out (Deli) Thur: Pork Loin and twice baked potatoes Fri: H gone, so not sure yet
Sun: Buffalo Chicken and White Bean Soup Mon: Baked Squash Casserole with Beef and Veggies Tues: Spinach Lasagna Rolls and Salad Wed: Soy, Ginger and Honey Chicken with Wild Rice and Steamed Broccoli Thurs: Pizza Night Fri: family Dinner Night Out
Our week is stupid easy: Yesterday DH made chicken and dumplings Tonight: Leftovers Tomorrow: Crock pot lemon garlic chicken (freezer meal I just have to dump in crock pot) - no recipe, but it's literally just chicken breast, olive oil, some parsley, garlic, and the juice of a lemon in a freezer bag. Weds: Leftover chicken Thurs: Dinner at my moms Fri: My rotation re-sets, it's grocery day.
Kristykristyleelee, I can't speak for others, but I usually put a small handful of tortilla chips in the bottom of the bowl and then all the toppings that I would put in a burrito on top. Then I eat it with a fork. Kinda like nachos in a bowl but much more topping than chips.

Monday- leftovers from yesterday because I work late, (ham and scalloped potatoes) Tuesday- Italian Sausage Tortellini pasta Wednesday- crockpot salsa chicken with rice Thursday- Pesto Mozzarella Chicken with smashed red potatoes Friday- out to eat

Sunday: Venison stew with roast butternut squash, potato wedges and peas. H cooked and it was heavenly. Monday: salmon fishcakes and leeks Tuesday: pasta with mixed veg and pesto, with cheese on top Wednesday: chicken and mushroom risotto (left over from Saturday) Thursday: stuffed butternut squash Friday: No idea. Hopefully takeaway curry. Saturday: Out with my parents for midday dinner, so we'll probably have cheese or pâté and crackers or toast in the evening.
Tonight: chicken broccoli casserole and cheddar biscuits Tuesday: pan seared pork chops with apples and wedge salads Wednesday: grilled steak with asparagus orzo salad Thursday: boiled ham and vegetables with potatoes au gratin Friday: homemade Hawaiian pizza with leftover ham Saturday: out Sunday: homemade lasagna, and if I get my act together, I'm dying to try making a Dutch oven bread
