What did your exercise consist of? Running and Jillian Michaels DVD workouts.
Did you try anything new? What? Nothing new.
Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? Yes - MS hit me like a ton of bricks this week, which is why I've skipped 2 days of workouts. I might try working out at night instead of in the morning (since I tend to feel a little better late in the day, but if that doesn't work, I'll have to move to just walking until the MS subsides. It's hugely frustrating because I'm a total exercise addict, and I was able to exercise throughout my first pregnancy. Guess I was just really lucky.
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant) I've been meaning to get on the scale but keep forgetting.
GTKY: As we get farther along are you finding more energy? At this point, it's the opposite - being nauseous all day is completely exhausting. Really hoping my energy comes back when I hit 2nd tri (or sooner)!
How many days did you exercise this week? Um...1. It's been a busy week at work so there's been no time after work. Although per my phone's pedometer, I did walk about 25 miles in 3 days while we were at Universal Studios last Fri-Sun.
What did your exercise consist of? Went for almost a mile and a half walk with MH, our neighbors, and our dog last night.

Are you having any issues getting your exercise in due to symptoms? Nope, just work getting in the way
(OPTIONAL: just if you want too) Weight gain? (How much have you gained since getting pregnant?) Still nothing so far. I put on a couple of pounds over last weekend, but I assumed it was the junk food I had been eating all weekend at Universal and looks like I was right - as of this morning I was back to my starting weight. I don't look it though since I'm so bloated by the end of the day.
GTKY: As we get farther along are you finding more energy? I don't feel more energetic, but I am not passing out at 10-10:30 anymore (that's early for me). Still making sure to be in bed by 11 just to get plenty of rest, but I'm not dead tired when I go to bed now. Just really tired.
