I am having a hard time figuring out what is blump (bloat bump) from this baby and what's left over from DS. I never lost that extra 7-8 lbs. I have a feeling I'm going to be huge because I already look 15 weeks preggers thanks to that awesome baby weight from #1. Sexy...
Morning all! I'm sleepy today also! I took a unison last night for the nausea which did help upon waking up this morning but feeling beat. Hope everyone has an easy day!
I don't really see me lasting at work all day. I got physically sick this morning for the first time but there was nothing in my stomach yet so it was mostly dry heaving. Made it to work, but still not feeling well at all.
Not even sure it's the pregnancy though. I feel like I'm getting a cold and I've had times before where (kinda gross) post-nasal drip/chest congestion mucus made its way to my stomach and made me get sick too.
So I'm not really sure which it was. Either way I just don't feel well right now. We're not busy today so if I don't feel better by lunch I'm just not going to stay.
DH was up all night pouring out of both ends. I was nauseous and dry heaved before leaving for work. Still nauseous, which makes me look as sick as some of my patients. And the blump is getting hard to hide. Gah.
LadyNymeria this was me last week. I still don't know if starting my prescription for nausea made everything worse or if it was the drainage making me so much more nauseous. Fingers crossed you get over the cold quickly and start feeling better.

Good morning. I overslept, dropped my breakfast on the kitchen floor, didn't help my H get the kids ready at all, and am generally not ready to adult today. The exhaustion is here in force for me this week. My girl scout cookie order is supposed to be delivered at work today or tomorrow and I really hope it's today, that could really turn this day around.

merryrissmas - The coworker whose daughter I ordered cookies from brought them in yesterday! This is the quickest I've ever gotten my cookie order. So delicious.
DS is going through a growth spurt and woke up two hours early this morning because he was hungry. So I got up with him and made him oatmeal. Then thanks to the snow the drive into work (which is regularly 15-20 minutes) took an hour. We're having fun today.
I'm also having a really hard time trying to adult today (and in general). I work from home and I'm mid-transition to a new role at work. I haven't gotten much of the new stuff lately, and I have no motivation to close out the old stuff. I'm going to try to go through my inbox and clean everything up so hopefully being organized will help.
On a related note, the extremely busy season of my new role starts in September. I've only been with this company for about 6 months, and they placed me in this new bigger role. I'm pretty stressed about telling them that I'll be out for 4 months of the busiest time of the year. I don't know how they'll react or if they'll be pissed that they just gave me all this responsibility and I won't be here to deliver when it's most important. I really hope they understand (especially since this was a happy accident)!

DD is going through a growth spurt and teething. She is getting 3 teeth right now and has a nasty cold that has accompanied them. I'm still breast feeding and she wants to nurse way more often than normal. It's so exhausting!
I just woke up and I'm already ready for a nap. I'm also trying to figure out what to make for food today, don't want anything too heavy or full of carbs. I wish I could flush out my insides right now because i just feel so gross.
Working from home today because I had to go to the passport office to renew DS passport. I was only there for 15 minutes, which is pretty incredible. We also have a meeting with his preschool teacher at the end of the day.
I'm not feeling great, but a bit better than yesterday. DS has stated to wake up during the night, it's like he knows I'm pregnant...
The last person to know that we have #3 on the way is MIL. We're waiting until 12 weeks to tell her anything because she will blab it to everyone and their mother. At least, we're hoping to wait until then. DS has been telling people at his jiu jitsu that "mommy has a new baby in her belly" and has been saying that he wants to see the baby again.

Our troops are just starting sales like last week. Just noticed a sign in the break room for one coworker's daughter.
Maybe there'll be girl scouts outside the grocery store today. That'd be nice.

I filled out the order form last Monday (2/1) and got the cookies yesterday. Could not believe how fast they were here.

Update: my cookies arrived (I know you were all on the edge of your seats, haha.) I've had 5 peanut butter patties and now I have a stomach ache but, WORTH IT.

Jealous!! I checked my UPS delivery after your post, and mine were sorted incorrectly in AZ and will be delayed. :/
