I rocked my goals last week, I worked out 6 times including one pretty intense one, so feeling great about that.
I want to hit five workouts this week and continue trying to take it easy on the junk food.
I would say not to get down on yourself and that its all about trying to make your next decision a good one. You can't take back the five cookies you ate an hour ago but you can decide to go for a walk now.
I forgot to check in but I wanted to get 3 workouts in which I did!
This week I want to get another 3 workouts done. I would also like to cut back on extra snacking. I've been so hungry lately.
I would say just take it one day at a time. When I think about cutting sweets for a month it seems hard but if I just focus on not eating it each day then it's easier.
How did you do on last week's goals? I don't think I posted any goals for last week but I started Whole30 on Thursday and made it to the gym 5x.
What are your goals for this week? Follow my Whole30 diet 100% of the time and make it to the gym 5x.
What would you say to motivate someone struggling with healthy living? Try to focus on making one small change a day whether its cutting down on your pop intake that day or parking farther away when you go to the store to get more steps in.

I did good last week, got my 3 work outs in and ate relatively well! I actually noticed I wasn't as bloated and feeling "fat" so its encouraged me to keep it up.
This week I want to hit the 3 workouts again but make it a big point to drink enough water. Yesterday I started by filling a 65oz container and keeping it close as a reminder and its a good way of keeping track.
I agree with making small changes a day. Also looking at when you start eating "bad" and preparing yourself with stocking up on healthy versions.
