Im switching my vitamin because it has a horrible after taste that didn't bother me before I got pregnant. What vitamins do you prefer. Right now I have Natures bounty specialty formal.
Nature Made. I'm not super fond of them because the pill is huge, but I bought a giant jar of them at Costco and I'm too cheap not to finish the jar before buying new ones.
I also use Nature Made from Costco. I haven't been able to keep them down for awhile, so have just been taking folic acid, not that those stay down much better. But I didn't have any issues or aftertaste previously and have been taking them for three years.
I've found taking them just before bed helps them stay in my stomach with less irritation. Or maybe I just sleep through the irritation, I have no idea.
I have the MTHFR gene mutation, so my prenatals have to have folate because my body can't break down and absorb folic acid. I take Designs for Health vitamins and love them. I'm actually convinced that they are the reason I have very little morning sickness during my pregnancies. I was pretty sick before I got on these in my last pregnancy. I buy them on Amazon.
I'm a nature made lady. They make me nauseous if I don't eat before taking them so I just take one after breakfast. I've never had a problem with the size.

Vita-somethingorother prenatal gummies, fiber + calcium gummies, and vitamin D3 gummies. I take the vitamin D as I'm nursing and that's how my kid gets it. I need to ask my Dr if it's safe for Number 2 at the levels I'm taking it at. I take 6000 ui a day + the 400 in my prenatal.
