I feel like I met my goals last week as far as the exercise portion. I kind of ate pretty terrible all weekend - a bunch of candy and chocolate thanks to the holiday and my son's birthday (cake and ice cream). I am going to get back on track today.
My goals for this week are going to be to try and run every day - if not every single day at least 5-6 days (today's weather is supposed to be horrible after I get off work so not sure I can squeeze it in). Also to try and workout with my neighbor 3 times this week.
My long-term pregnancy goals include continuing to exercise regularly (at least 3-4 times a week), and to try and eat generally well the whole time. I tend to gain a crap ton of weight no matter what I do but if I am consistent with my exercise and eating, the weight will come off easier after pregnancy.
My favorite at-home moves involve anything working out triceps - tricep kickbacks, extensions, or dips. I can't link right now

Did you meet your goals from last week (do you remember your goals from last week...)? No - I did not keep up with my yoga at all. Too tired coming home.
Any goals for this upcoming week? Exercise - any kinda.
How are you doing meeting your long-term pregnancy goals? Eating healthy is check! Exercise is... well, not check. Definitely trying to keep from gaining too much weight early on. I want my weight gain to be later in the pregnancy.

Ugh, I came up with this so I guess I need to pick one. I like to stretch before bed, so... Yoga Stretches for Sleeping

Btw, ksyknelvr73, your workout regime puts me to shaaaaaaaame. I know it's harder on me because I wasn't exercising at all before, but I feel like all my reasons I find it hard (commute cuts into free time, freezing outside) are all the worst excuses.

I have those excuses too!! And some days, they are just really too much. It's supposed to be freezing rain here later today so there is no way I will go run in that. When I say I run, I typically do anywhere from 1.5-2 miles and it's really more of a "jog" b/c I am NOT fast. It's just something to get me moving and feel like I did something. It usually takes me like 20 minutes.
I didn't exercise with DS1 and I really paid for it - I did with DS2 and saw immediate results after he was born, so I wanted to try and maintain that again. I tend to gain about 50 lbs during pregnancy no matter what I do, so it's not like I'm super fit and in shape.
Did you meet your goals from last week (do you remember your goals from last week...)? Not really. I think my goal was to drink more water? Still suck at that. Any goals for this upcoming week? I want to try to make sure I don't fall off the exercise band wagon. I was doing really well before my BFP, and I've managed to keep walking everywhere, but I want to make sure I keep moving as much as possible for as much of the next 9+ months.
How are you doing meeting your long-term pregnancy goals? I don't really have any, except to keep exercising and eating well.
Link to a how-to of your favorite at-home exercise move. No specific move, but for anyone with Apple products, check out the Nike Training Club app. I use it all the time. 30-45 minute at home dumbbell workouts.
A day late but I've had some time to think about it! Did you meet your goals from last week (do you remember your goals from last week...)? I had goals of eating healthier because we were TTC but valentines candy and chocolate got in the way
Any goals for this upcoming week? I like the drinking more water idea, eating healthier, and going for a walk if there's any warm days this week.
How are you doing meeting your long-term pregnancy goals? Not sure on my long term goals. I guess just keeping up my short terms every week. Also I'd like to have better sleep this pregnancy so I think I'm gonna buy a pregnancy pillow. And I should crazy hand wash so I don't get sick as much. I also need a new humidifier.
Did you meet your goals from last week (do you remember your goals from last week...)? MY goal from last week was to make sure dinner was nutritious (didn't happen) and to get out and walk (also didn't happen). This last week was pretty bad.
Any goals for this upcoming week? I still want to try to get out and walk when the weather isn't bad.
How are you doing meeting your long-term pregnancy goals? I am at least trying to hit my step goal most days.
