I finally go here!
Short version: After four years TTC we finally got pregnant with our first round of IVF with ICSI. EDD October 18. Hope you all will have me!
{Long Version | **Loss Warning**}
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past four years and have had three early losses. After two years we began testing and were diagnosed with severe male factor infertility. After two more years of depression and struggling to get H out of denial and on board with IVF treatment we finally set our plan in action for IVF in January 2016. The first week of December 2015 my doctor decided I most likely had Endometriosis due to a two inch cyst on my left ovary, which had to be removed right away if we were to stay on track. On December 3rd I had a LAP and it was discovered that I have Stage IV Endometriosis. Luckily, we were able to stay get the surgery done right away and begin IVF on January 15th.
I ended up with twenty-one eggs at my retrieval, eighteen mature. Ten fertilized with ICSI but by the time of our five day transfer we only had five left. Of those five only two were acceptable for transfer. In the end, none of our embryos made it except for the two little fighters we transferred. I got my BFP at 7dp5dt and my first beta (10dp5dt) came back at 158. My second beta came back today at 773. I finally felt comfortable graduating to PAIF and my BMB and hope to stay for the next 9 months.
