Whine: Nothing much, I didn't sleep well last night.
Wine: I didn't work today and instead I had an ultrasound and got to see our little lady although she wouldn't show her face. I just had a great time having a midweek hang-out day with C.
JustJudy, having NorCal envy right now. It's 61 and cloudy here.
Wine: At work and we're about to have a bday celebration for the Owner of this Work-space where I rent a desk. It's like a "real" office, except mostly filled with strangers - lol!
Whine: I still have a ton of work to do today and only a few hours left.... And SB was full so I didn't get to squeeze in time reading my kindle. I'm wrapping up the Giver Series - very good and fast reads!
Whine: It was a cluster*@(* at work today and my feet are killing me from not sitting almost all day.
Wine: I love that type of crisis. I am awesome in a crisis and got nice compliments from my boss for getting crap done. L got a unsolicited call from a recruiter for a company she really really wants to work for and it getting lots of compliments on her resume/experience and they want to interview tomorrow and 'not wait till next week.'
Whine-- I told my friend I would watch her 2 and 3 year old tomorrow. Their nanny quit unexpectedly. I am now having regrets for volunteering. Hopefully it will be ok
Wine-- it looks like the seller of our house is actually being reasonable about repairs. Initially they weren't. But we still haven't officially agreed yet....
Can I have three wines to make up for a big whine I have?
Wine: So glad you had such a beautiful Wednesday today, @justjudy We had a nice day where I live in New England, too...relatively speaking, of course.
Wine: I got an award at work today, and it was completely unexpected!
Wine: I had a fun Happy Hour after work with some colleagues, and we laughed a lot.
Whine: I already feel bad about saying this, because I am still kind of new here, but I'm going to complain about my lovely wife.
V said she was going to do an OPK test this morning as I was leaving for work. Because I didn't hear from her, I figured nothing happened.
Fast-forward to after work, she calls me while I'm out with my work friends to see if I scheduled the IUI for tomorrow. I didn't, because I didn't know she ovulated. I told her to try calling the office (hoping they were still open) since I was out in public. With work people.
When I came home, she told me they had already closed and that she'll call first thing tomorrow morning. I tried my best to avoid an argument and not be too much of a bitch about this. But, when I said it would be a shame if we missed this month's IUI opportunity due to our shitty communication, she commented that we would just try again next month and that "It is what it is."
Again...I don't know any of you very well, so please just know that I'm being snarky and sarcastic when I say I wanted to punch V's lights out. I'm not a violent person. However, I am also not a patient person, so this really needs to right itself tomorrow. I hope tomorrow at this time, I'll be kicking myself for posting this long rant. Aarrgghh!
Wine: This was my morning so I really don't care about my whine.
Can't agree more about the traffic! We always are trying to keep our radius as small as possible. But earlier this week, it was like summer! Enjoy the sun and time with your family!!
CET & CAR - both 30, married Aug, 2013, together 12+ yrs.

Wine- CET did well in court yesterday and was able to come home early. My parents are visiting and the extra help both with M and around the house has been appreciated (plus the company during the day is nice). We celebrated my birthday yesterday (one day shy of 4 weeks late because M was born on my actual birthday). We all went out for happy hour and M slept the entire time. I had my first glass of wine in I don't even know how long. M slept so well last night (woke up twice to eat, her usual, and each time was for less than an hour). One of my presents was a set of a few Dumbbells. I'm looking forward to doing some arm exercises today!
Whine- It rained last night (which we really need! so it's actially good) and has been off and on cloudy this morning. Hoping it clears enough and we'll be able to head out for a walk soon! Will my boobs ever want to be touched again??? My nipples are still sore.
