Has pregnancy effected your sleep yet? If so, tell us about it.
I normally sleep all night without waking. I'm only 4 weeks, but the last two nights I've slept from midnight until exactly 3:45 am. I wake up to pee (another symptom) and then I can't go back to sleep for at least 2 hours. I hope this isn't a pattern! With DD, I remember be tired but I was able to sleep well during first tri.
Same here - I think its anxiety for me though. This happened last pregnancy too. I'll wake up in the middle of the night to pee and just stay up thinking about all the things that could go bad. I was much better after hearing the heart beat for the first time. I hate the first trimester so much.

I am sleeping amazing. I was sleeping so so terrible before. I'm also on progesterone which makes me insanely tired so I think that's why I'm sleeping better.

Been waking up at 2am-ish then again at 4am-ish. Last night was actually decent, but it was a rare night. Mostly I get back to sleep within an hour, but only after I get a horrible hot flash and need to drink a whole glass of water to cool down.

That's great! Progesterone doesn't seem to be helping me.
My sleep has been pretty good. I'm soaking it up while I can because with DD I had the worst pregnancy insomnia in the 2nd tri and then spent the 3rd tri getting up to pee every couple hours.
I guess I am different. I am exhausted all the time and am lucky if I can make it until 9. I crash and sleep until 530 when I have to get up for work. I am also on progesterone so not sure if that is influencing it.
So far so good, but I'm not holding my breath. Between the peeing early on, pregnancy congestion, and hip pain, I slept like shit with 90% of my first pregnancy. It was one of the main reasons I hesitated TFAS. I am a monster when my sleep is disturbed, much less decimated.

I had terrible pregnancy insomnia the last time, like wake up at 4 am to pee and not be able to sleep, in my third tri. Right now, DS2 is still getting up a lot at night, but he has this 4/5 am feeding I cannot get back to sleep after now. Hoping this does not continue. It's such an aggravating symptom. If anyone has good tips for getting back to sleep, please share! I used to do my hypno birth mantras.
I am sleeping like a rock. Its been glorious. I used to wake up several times through the night. Now I wake up around 4:40ish, usually to pee, but I hold it because my alarm goes off at 5:15.
I remember getting the best sleep of my life last pregnancy in first tri and for the first time in forever, being able to remember having dreams. So far I'm sleeping great again. But early, so knocking on all wooden things.
I'm with mg0202, I watch the clock until 8:30, read for a bit and am OUT until 5:30. I'm honestly afraid I'll fall asleep on my way to work, honestly. The heater and heated seats and my cozy coat....dangerous!

My sleep is terrible, but it has been for awhile. Oddly enough, my poor sleep started when I first used progesterone. Luckily I don't usually get up to pee but just can't manage to stay asleep.

dke2010, the same exact thing has been happening to me since I found that I'm pregnant! Progesterone hasn't been helping me with that either. So strange!

Doctor just told me I can't sleep on my stomach and only on the left side starting immediately. As someone who always tosses and turns and has to find new positions to sleep in, the next seven months are going to officially blow.

Did your doc say why? I've always understood that the only reason you can't sleep on your stomach during pregnancy is because it's not comfortable, not because it's actually bad for the baby.
