DH told me DD woke up crying after I went to bed. He said he rocked with her and put her back to bed. I am an incredibly light sleeper, but I slept through it all.
A was up for over 2 hours during the night. I snuck out twice and made it into bed before he started screaming again. The third time I said fuck it and made daddy get up with him......and then couldn't fall back asleep. Now LO is crabby as hell, and i need to get the house clean cuz apparently DH decided to invite friends over for the race and tell me after the fact. I need booze.
DS's breathing symptoms came back full force today. You would think I would be used to it but I've cried all morning. He had been doing so well. I know it could be so much worse but I just wish he had a more straightforward condition. They still aren't even positive that NEHI is what he has. He has some other things that go on when these symptoms come up and I just feel like there is something else going on. I hate just going in circles wracking my brain. Of course it always seems to happen during off hours. So I won't be able to talk to the doctor until tomorrow. Say a little prayer for him if you can. He's feeling so crappy. We're starting oxygen back up tonight.
We went to the zoo today, which was a great decision! Weather was still nice but 20 degrees cooler than yesterday (50's vs 70's) so it wasn't nearly as crowded. A and I had a great time!

Ugh. There's a fish fry going on next weekend and I would really like to go. But the only one who wouldn't be going is MIL and they're moving that day. Fudge. Taking Nora isn't an option because it is sooo not toddler friendly.

J has had a bad fever and so we went to the MD today to discover he has a soar throat and an ear infection. He is so pitiful. I really hate seeing him sick. It must be so hard to deal with it as frequently as you have to lucy. You are a strong mama.

Poor J! I hope he feels better soon. Thank you for your kind words
Thank you for checking on us! He's the same. I would say this is one of his worst episodes. His oxygen saturation is lower than it normally is during these periods. I talked to his doctor (the good one/expert) and described some stuff leading up to this latest episode that also seem to coincide with past episodes (TL to write it all out). She thinks it's too big of a coincidence to ignore and at this point she would not blame it on NEHI without ruling out some other stuff.
I'm spiraling down the googling hole and coming up mostly empty handed. I have a call out to the immunologist he saw awhile back because I feel like she might be the best bet at tying some of this stuff together. I'm starting to feel like I did at the start of all this (no where to go, no one has answers, end of my rope, etc). It's not a good feeling. I could really use some positive vibes.
