Had my IUD removed 2/16 (CD 12 of 26 based) started bleeding 2/19. Do you think this is just bleeding from the IUD being taken out or should I count that as AF and put myself on CD1 on 2/19 then? Trying to figure out what the heck is happening so I can figure out when O will be coming.

When I had mine removed it was spotting for maybe 2-3 days and then nothing. Oddly enough, I did notice EWCM about 12 days later and then CD1, 14 days after that.
It's hard to figure it out your first cycle. You can go ahead and call it CD1 if you want and see what happens.
If it's enough bleeding to need a pad or tampon, I'd go ahead and call it CD1 and a new cycle. Worst case scenario you get your period in a week or two and your tracker has one weird cycle to deal with in its analysis. Best case scenario you O in couple of weeks and get a full regular cycle in.

It's normal to have withdrawal/removal bleeding after an IUD is taken out. Note your cycle may take awhile to reset. For me, when I had a Mirena removed I had almost 2 weeks of heavy bleeding and that cycle lasted 42 days (mine are usually 27-28 days). I was so sure I was pregnant that first month, lol. If you're temping don't be surprised if O doesn't happen for awhile, your body has to reset its own hormones.
Was it Mirena? Mirena secretes progesterone which will suppress ovulation (hopefully) and mimic a luteal phase. It also changes the consistency of CM to make the uterus an unhappy place for sperm to chill. As does the device itself.
Anyway. Withdrawal bleeding is normal. I would probably call it CD1 for now and understand that this first cycle post IUD may be a bit off in terms of correct temping, charting, etc.
EDIT: Withdrawal bleeding is referring to the withdrawal of progesterone, not the IUD.
It was Mirena. I knew some removal bleeding was normal, I expected that the first few days, but it has been fairly heavy (requiring a pad) so I wasn't sure if that was still removal bleeding. I'll keep charting and just see when my body figures it all out.

When I had mine removed, I had spotting 3 days, followed by 5 days withdraw bleed. I noted on my chart but did not end up marking as CD1. About a week after withdraw bleeding ended, CD1 started & I O'd either CD11 or CD17 (rocky temps, first month temping.) I found when I marked the withdraw bleed as CD1 & then tried to mark CD1 again when it actually started, FF didn't recognize it as a new cycle.
