I feel like my right side has completely dried up. No amount of oatmeal water fenugreek and every other remedy out there is helping. I was planning to stop at 6 months anyway but I'm suddenly getting emotional and upset bx I'm not ready to stop
Big hugs! BFing is so tied up in hormones and emotions -- it's totally natural to feel sad about things happening before you're ready.
Two things: It's very possible to continue to nurse just on one side if you want. Also, if LO doesn't reject your breast, you could keep offering that side some of the time since babies are often more effective than pumps.
Be gentle with yourself and allow yourself to change your mind (either way -- nursing longer, weaning sooner, half and half with formula and BM) if it's what will make you/LO/your family happy. And know that your baby will be just fine with whatever you end up choosing.

All of this! It was said better than I could have.
shevacc, you have such a way with words. I love reading what you have to say, even when it doesn't pertain to me.
@sweetp812, I hope you're right boob starts behaving better! I think mine is starting to produce less, but both me and LO have been sick so for now I'm attributing it to that. I wish I had good advise, but I don't. Just hugs for you.

My left started doing this. My baby started refusing to nurse on that side during the day. So I started only giving her my left at night. She was tired enough to latch on and wait for the slower flow. After a few days I had enough of a pickup that she would accept it during the day again. I won't say it will ever produce what the right one does, but it was the main producer for DD1, so I'm used to being uneven. So there are things you can do, if you want to...if not NBD. You did great by your little one!
