Does anyone have a great idea for snack options that are high-volume, yet low-calorie? All I've come up with so far is popcorn, and I guess fresh fruit/veggies.

Almonds or other nuts? Some may be higher in calories but nutritious. As far as fruit, berries are great options. My doc said they're lower in sugar, if that's something you're concerned about.
I prefer protein as snacks since it helps me stay fuller longer than fruit or carbs. My go-to snacks are nuts, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, Lara bars, and cheese.
I've been eating cheese and crackers lately. Yogurt, almonds and Larabars are also good ideas. I also ate the equivalent of a whole pineapple between Sunday afternoon and last night...
I'm also a fan of higher protein, low-glycemic snacks. I crash real bad so I always keep larabars or kind bars, raw almonds, cheese and whole-wheat crackers, and Greek yogurt with berries on hand.
I've been eating white cheddar popcorn and apples with peanut butter. Honestly I have a hard time staying full...I get light headed and nauseous so easily so I feel like it's a constant struggle.
My place of work is nut-free, so I tend to eat apples and cheese/crackers for my snacks at work. I'm lactose intolerant, though, so the cheese isn't helping my pooping problems. Carrots and hummus was my go-to for a couple weeks, but now I can't even think about it without getting queasy. I love the popcorn idea. I might have to do that.
Apple slices with peanut butter, wheat ritz crackers with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, fruits, carrot and celery sticks. Peanut butter is a pretty good snack to have during pregnancy I've heard due to the protein in it. Ooh! String cheese is good too, lots of calcium. A slice of bread with peanut butter and sliced banana pieces.
