I just saw this when I opened up my FF app. I think this is a great way to shut people up that give you the insensitive and unscientific "you're too stressed and that's why you're not getting pregnant" crapola.
It doesn't say that doing those things will help you to get pregnant. It basically says that doing those things will hopefully make the waiting suck less. For me, some days it does, and other days it doesn't help at all.
Lol, is this really so enlightening? I'm going to start a blog of posts, written by Captain Obvious.
Hey, NEWS FLASH - by doing nice things you enjoy, talking to people you like and having fun, your life will be better!
I don't think anyone is saying that it's especially enlightening. For me personally though, it's easy to disengage from activities that may be healthy for me in a moment of sadness when dealing with TTC.

That's cool, I just thought it was kind of funny after re-reading it a couple of times. Hell, if I had time to laugh, exercise, not talk to people I can't stand (hello work!), rest, meditate and keep up with my hobbies, I would be happier too, TTC or not.
Also, biproduct is a mathematical term, whereas I believe the term that should have been used is by-product!
I get particularly ragey when people think that temping/charting & OPKs usage = trying to hard and stress-inducing.
Yup.
Considering the circumstances that some women get pregnant under (ie, rape, war zones, POW, etc.), I'm pretty sure taking my temperature once a day isn't stressing me out so much that my reproductive tract shut itself down.
