The laundry would never get done. We would all walk around in dirty clothes, sleep in dirty sheets, have the same gross towels to dry off with day-after-day, etc...
We would be out of gas..... And the mail would stay in the mailbox forever. Pretty sure the bills wouldn't get paid and that people would miss all appointments. But other than that nothing I guess. Ehhh
At our house nothing would be scrubbed. Sinks, toilets floors would be wiped off or swept but never deep cleaned.
Same. Eventually the kitchen would be picked up, but not cleaned. He never seems to get the concept of wiping the counters, or cleaning the stove top, even if something spilled over.
Dinner (all meals) would also end up being super random (cereal, sandwiches) or take-out.
And it's very likely that anything medically related would not be taken care of (scheduling, payment, etc.) unless critical.

Counters would never be cleaned, dishes would pile up, appointments missed (or never set up),nothing would ever be dusted, our shower curtain would disintegrate from mildew, dinner would be a last minute decision ever day.
Cooking meals and just overall picking up. H and V lack the ambition to put stuff away or walk the extra 2 feet to throw something away so I'm constantly picking up after them. I cook every meal unless we get something to go. If H was responsible for cooking it would be hot dogs, ramen, fish, or basically gross stuff every meal.
Laundry, sweeping, dog care, kid getting dressed, bathrooms won't get cleaned, mail wouldn't go out, birthdays would be all "belated", appointments would be missed or not made, no playdates...
Everything would stop. No food, cleaning, laundry, bills....
This.... my house would implode I'm absolutely sure of it.
But the damn grass would be mowed twice a week.
I know the grass would get done eventually but probably not often enough without my nagging or doing it myself. We might get tickets for the grass being too high OR on the front yard would be mowed!

Also the fridge would never be cleaned out. Whatever nastiness in containers may eventually get tossed with the container that holds it but any spills, crumbs or nastiness on the shelves will just become part of the fridge.
