Oh yes. She loves our bed. She loves to sleep with us in the winter...it gets rather cozy. I always joke that since her socks are different sizes that she's wearing 2 ankle, 1 crew, and 1 no-show sock.
I also have a rabbit - did you guys know that? We had two until this last December. This is Kahlua enjoying his freedom as he escaped his enclosure and scared the crap out of me earlier this week
I went into our living room the other morning and couldn't find her. She's always on the couch sleeping when I get up. I found her. She found a nice spot in DS's bed After He came to our bed the other morning.
cattuccino oh I just love bunnies. I had one growing up (Jessica rabbit) who we'd let run free in the house. My dogs got along with her great and left her alone. Only problem was the excessive poop.
Random dog question. What do you give your dog to help with bad breath!? We have had our dog almost 12 years and just in the past few weeks her breath has gotten out of control. It's never been a problem before. We did get her salmon food last time that was very pungent but switched her back after one bag because I couldn't handle it. I haven't seen anything weird in the backyard that she could have eaten. And her teeth have always been bad (she chews on wood no matter what we do to try to stop her) and seem status who and not like they are bothering her. I ordered more greenies but what else can I try? I seriously want to do a peroxide or mint rinse or something!!
ETA. I just googled and will be giving her carrots and lemon water to see if those help too. She's going to love the special treats!
sandandsea I don't give my dog anything for his breath, but I should because it's awful. I always just figured that I need him to have a teeth cleaning at the vet, but I've been putting that off because the anesthesia for that makes me nervous. I hope her special treats do the job!
I was just going through some old pictures of DS and I found this one to compare the size of DS's foot at about 1 week old to my dog's paw. The size difference seems crazy to me now!

Kahlua is litter trained!! He'll poop in a box or on newspaper if you leave it out.
Just not chew trained, which is the bigger issue when he's roaming free.
And occasionally he will pee on cat beds. Just to be a jerk. Or because it's soft. I haven't decided, but I'm leaning towards the jerk part.
