How did you do last week? - So I broke the 150s about 10 days ago and then suddenly bloated back up to 162 for who know what reason. I was getting frustrated becuase I've been working out 4x a week and keeping my calories low but it wouldn't budge. I finally broke it agian this morning and hit 158.0. That's 15 pounds lost since I started in December!!
What are your goals for the coming week? - Keep my water intake at 2 liters a day, work out 4x, and try to take 1.5 pounds off.
AW/Motivational needs/Questions? - This is the first time I've worked to lose weight for this long so I find it's hard to keep my motivation consistent. I miss indulging and not having to be ever vigilant of everything I eat.
GTKY: What is your favorite healthy food/recipe? - Following this one because I feel like I eat the same three meals (pork tenderloin or salmon with raw veggies) over and over and over. I need something new. But my go to evening snack has been popcorn popped on the stove in a small amount of sunflower oil and just a tiny bit of salt. The sunflower oil gives it great flavor and popcorn is really low call and has a ton of fiber.
ETA: I am 2.5 pounds away from my Diet bet goal. I'm going to stay the course but if I don't get there I'm good with it. I've come to realize that slow but steady weight loss is more likely to stay off.
