Anyone have any experience with this? Is it ok to do? Is there amount of time post op I should wait? Any tips? I have a K'tan that a friend lent me and our moby will be here soon.
I XP on the infant board too to see if anyone there had any thoughts too. I did see online it looks like the K'Tan is better than the Moby/woven at first

I haven't had a c section but if I had to venture a guess I would say that if it is comfortable for you then it is probably safe to do. That is the general rule for babywearing during pregnancy. Good luck, I hope it is comfortable and wonderful for you and baby!
First attempt. I am not 100% on the position but the doula who did my placenta encapsulation is on her way over so I'm going to ask her to take a look. It's nice to hold the baby and have hands!
jewel441 I love your wrap!! How does it feel comfort wise?
It felt pretty good. everything on it is up high, I could see how the moby might be more uncomfortable right now bc it ties much lower. I got tired/uncomfy after awhile but I wore it for about 2 hours and was able to make myself lunch. Today was the first time I was alone in the house with the baby for any amount of time. My mom has been staying with us and helping, she went out for a few hours while H was at class and I mostly wore her then. Baby loved it. I am still super paranoid about her head and breathing so I kept checking her, but she was snug and mostly slept in there.
It's hard to tell but I think you may have your wrap a little loose. You tie it a lot tighter than you would think.
Thanks! I actually had put it on wrong there so it probably was too loose. I redid it after watching the video. It felt much snugger after and the doula checked it to when she came the second time.
I've been using a ring sling, still have some issues getting it just right. Haven't tried Moby with her yet, DS loved it but all the wrapping/ties seems like too much work now.
