LO goes to Daycare part-time and I scheduled him for next Friday, so I could work (and save vacation time for later) since DH is out of town. Of course Friday is their Valentine's Day Party and parents are encouraged to attend. It starts at 3:30, so I would have to leave work by 2:30 to make it....

I'd never be at work if I went to all of the parties daycare has during the day that parents are encouraged to attend. Don't feel bad if you don't go.

I'm thinking we would want to chart when TTC #2. We were in the NTNP stage when we got KU with LO, so I kinda knew my cycles and knew around what time I should O, but that was it. I still haven't gotten an AF since LO, so should I start temping anyways or wait until it returns?

It wouldn't hurt to start charting to get an idea of where your cycle is, so you're an expert when you're ready to TTC#2.

Because he is part-time, he seems to have missed most of the parties at daycare just by chance. I probably won't go, but will talk to the director today and see what actually happens for his party. He is still in the infant room, so it can't be much.
Oh and heyitsmamac and mcncheese I still haven't gotten an email back either....... 26.5 hrs.
Manager said i could start calling people tomorrow morning...You bet your bottom dollar, their phone will be receiving calls. :-D
From the dental insurance people? That's shitty.
--- FROM MY FREAKING HR! About the dental ins.
Oh and bless my company's heart....mandatory meeting on the day I had my dentist apt scheduled. So I had to rs. Stupid people. Last time corporate came, I was 36 wks with b. my supervisor asked me to rs my apt so I could attend a meeting. I told her no. I had weekly apts for a reason at this stage. Sorry. Well I'm glad I stood up to her because that's when the ob decided to do a 24hr catch. If I had skipped that apt, I'm not sure what all would have happened. We would have been at least a week later knowing about the pree and who knows what consequences that would have brought.
Add in 1 cup of milk 2 cups of chicken broth 8 oz of pasta And some salt and pepper
Let it boil till the pasta gets soft then lower the heat. After about 15 min throw in the broccoli (I used frozen) and then a few min later throw in 1/4 cup of parm cheese. Stir till the cheese is all mixed in and eat it all right away because it's delish!
I'll spam with you! But I always forget what I want to say.
Did anyone watch Sons of Anarchy? We're on the last episode available on Netflix, season finale of season 6. It's a good enough show but there are lots of things I hate about it...

It wouldn't hurt to start temping. Your chart may not show a clear shift since you don't know where you are at in your cycle. Also, if you haven't had AF since LO was born, you may want to talk to your OB. If you were BFing, that may have delayed it, but from what I understand, once you've gone 60 days without a period, you should talk to your doctor. I've had to get Provera a few times to jump start my period. Sometimes that's what it takes to reset things.

I am still breastfeeding, so that is what is probably still delaying its return. When I saw the OB in October, he suspected that it probably wouldn't return until close to fully weaning LO. I'll see him in a few weeks for my annual and bring it up again.
I went to the Halloween party. It was actually a lot of fun. They turned the whole center into a kid friendly haunted house and each room had different activities set up.
Yes! I haven't been to one yet, but do know that most daycares do a little parade of costumes for Halloween.
I had no idea! I just found out I have to do valentines for the class (I mean, I don't have to but they provided us all with a class list) I ordered these!
