amiet79 I only have BH occasionally now, but I had them many times a day when I was pregnant with DS starting at around 20 weeks. Sometimes they were slightly painful, but usually just uncomfortable. My OB wasn't ever concerned as long as they didn't get too painful.
Add me to the not good sleeper category. I think there are definitely things you can do as a parent that create bad habits but at the same time the kid will do as they wish. DD liked to nurse through the night and when I went back to work at 4mos snd worked crazy hours it was my only time with her. We let her in our bed a lot and she nursed on and off throughout the night. I know it didn't help our already bad sleeper but you know what I got some minimal rest and she slept better with us than her crib so you do what you do to survive. She's 2.5 now and has been sleeping pretty well for a few months. It wasn't all bad, there were spurts of good and spurts of terrible but we survived. As a matter of fact she was/is so so good in public and a good eater that in my mind she couldn't be good at everything and sleeping was her downfall. I would take the same thing again with the next one hands down.
