Hi ladies! I'm a grad of the IF community here (and left TD when things went to hell)
I never spent time on GKU here or TTGP on TD because I went straight to IUI/IVF. However, I wanted to extend a personal invite to you all to join us for the live chat today in the "about us" forum.
I am co-founder along with mfbfertility for a company trying to bring a progesterone pee stick to market. When we both first started TTC, we were really frustrated that it took a blood test to confirm a rise in progesterone. I have PCOS, so LH strips were pretty much useless. A pee stick would have been nice to go along with temping and other indicators to help pinpoint ovulation in my cycle. While we both did IVF to get our rainbow babies, we never forgot the frustration of when we first started TTC.
So now we are on a mission to develop that progesterone pee stick. The science has been validated by mfbfertility, a PhD molecular biologist, and we are ready to move into optimization and manufacturing for our product "Ovulation Double Check."
