Monday: whole wheat pizza with pesto, mozzarella, feta and grape tomatoes Tuesday: zucchini noodles stir fried with veggies and chicken Wednesday: chili in the crockpot Thursday: out Friday: roasted red pepper chicken (I'll find the recipe, hold please!)
Last night: chicken kabobs (we put pineapple, peppers, zucchini and onion on the sticks) and potatoes/carrots in the grill Tonight: Pasties Monday: Crockpot Potato Soup Tuesday: Meatball Stroganoff w/ Broccoli Wednesday: leftovers Thursday: Spaghetti Friday: Pancakes

My phone died when I was at the store. Not sure if I have everything I need but this is my plan: Sun- chicken caeser salad Mon- turkey breast with mashed potatoes and green beans & stuffing. It's a mini-thanksgiving! Tues- Leftovers Weds- turkey burgers with oven roasted potatoes Thurs- Rigotoni with broccoli and chicken Frid- Leftovers
I've gotten into a cooking rut and this thread inspired me to shake it up a little this week - we normally eat chicken & veggies, white pasta, red pasta (whatever- in all its variations), veggie chicken lentil stew. Different takes on it every night, but more or less the same stuff.
