Did I miss last week? End of week before last, DD had her first birthday party at Preschool (she just started a month ago). The mom of the boy, brought in cupcakes (see frosting all over DD's shirt) and favor bags for all the kids containing sunglasses, hair clip, glow-in the dark dinosaur, plastic truck and mini yo-yo. DD LOVES the sunglasses, hair clip and bag/purse - what a girl! I'm not a girly girl, so it's kind of funny how she gravitates to all things pink and sparkly.
I'm so glad I have 11 months to figure out what to do for DD's preschool bday party. I had no idea they were such a thing in the 2yo class!
DD has been wanting to take her baby doll with her at nap time and put her to sleep. Today she fell asleep holding the baby doll DH got her for Christmas. *PDQ*

I have to AW and post one of DS in the snow from last week. It was our first snow of the winter and he was SO excited to go outside and wear his new snow stuff
@misspeansmama Ha! I love it. DS is the same way. He always has a million of his "babies" in bed with him at all times.
It's nice to hear my daughter isn't the only one! LOL! DD calls them her "friends". The whole full size bed is filled with them. And when I try to clear it up a little, she puts a whole bunch more back in.
Yup this is DS. Except we finally put a stop to it when he'd spend too much time playing instead of sleeping so now he's limited to his top 3 that are a must since he's been a wee lad. Kids & their toys..

Sometimes I try to take some out of his crib but he's tall enough now to just throw them back in. It's a futile effort

tomorrowisanotherday Oh he is so cute! I already miss the newborn stage. What kind of cloth will you be using? Pockets or prefolds w/covers or something else? I love cloth diapering once we figured out our wash routine it was easy peasy.

Thanks! I am trying to appreciate every moment since this is probably our only one I have a combination of pockets, aios, and covers with prefolds and flats. Going to give them a try after he grows out of the newborn size diapers; I'm really excited about it! I will have to remember to ask you if I have any wash questions.
