1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? Nope, I missed both yoga days due to sick LO. I ran a half-marathon yesterday and dh set a PR so go him! We took it pretty easy so I'm not even sore today.
2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Less eating of ice cream. It should help that we ate all of it last night.
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? Run 4x, lift 2x, yoga 2x.
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? I want to pr in the half and full marathon, but I'm not actually doing anything about it currently. Just running for fun for now.
5. Bonus Question: Yesterday was the first day of spring (even if it was snowing). What are you looking forward to for the season? Spring dresses and patio weather.

2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Trying to wean off my afternoon coffee. Getting back into yoga. Drinking more water. This is all stuff I was super diligent about when we were TTC the first time and have slacked on this time. I have not worked out since having DD at all.
3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? Do yoga 3x. Drink at least one full bottle of water every day.
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Get back in shape, in general. Get rid of the bad eating habits I've gotten into since going back to work.
5. Bonus Question: Yesterday was the first day of spring (even if it was snowing). What are you looking forward to for the season? Spending time outside and finding a new house that we love. Our current one is not very functional anymore and I'm so excited to start looking.
1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? I ran 4x and did really well at eating healthy and drinking water. My weight has been the same for the last 3 weeks but Saturday turned into CD1 so I'm guessing some was bloat. I also ate like crap and layed on the couch after CD1 hit.

3. What is a short term health/fitness goal for the week? Run 3-4x and try not to finish the bag of chips on the cabinet.
4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Get the last 4-5# off that I want before vacation in 6 weeks!

1. Did you accomplish your goals last week? Sort of. I ran a couple days last week and did a spin class but my eating was TERRIBLE last week. I literally ate everything in site and then some.
2. What healthy changes are you making this week? Keep up with the exercise and eat better!

4. What is a long term health/fitness goal? Lose 20 lbs.

1. I had a weird sickness week/weekend and did not accomplish my goals. I did lose a pound or two but that was definitely due to sickness.
2. This week I'm going to do my best to get back to my exercise/eating goals and track everything. And hopefully I'll meet my step goal every day this week. Friday will be difficult since I'll be in the car for 9 hours though. And then the weekend will be full of eating out so I'll have to make some good choices to lessen the impact.
3. 10,000 steps 5-6 days, consume under 1700 calories 5-6 days, lose a couple of pounds.
4. Lose a lot of weight and live a healthier lifestyle.
5. Warmer weather! It's back into the 40s here and I hate it. Bring my spring weather back!!!
