I think it's really nice to be thought of, and I always enjoy reading the little note that is written inside. But I never know what to do with them. I feel like I should keep it for a period of time, but then next thing you know it's been in a drawer for 6 months. But it feels rude to just read it & throw it away. I can't find the happy medium.

I keep them on display for a week or two and then toss.
I end up saving them way too long and cluttering up the house. And then I feel like I have to send a card in return for their birthday. And cards are so overpriced!
I only get cards from older family members. It's sweet and usually they have some sort of personal message. I'll have them out on the buffet for a week or two then toss them. I don't send them though.
