After reading that several people are having a hard time with vegetables/salads, I'm curious what everyone's biggest food aversion (or food most likely to spur MS) is. And then, what is the magic food for you now? (I.e. French fries, Cheerios, etc)

Pretty much all the foods are bad. The only thing I can really stomach is pizza (cheese only, no toppings), and even that comes back up eventually. It was the same way my last two pregnancies, and in both cases, I lost between 15 and 20 pounds in the first and early second tri before my appetite rebounded.
I'm not really having aversions, things just don't sound appetizing. But last time I didn't haven't aversions either I just couldn't cook anything. If I could heat it up in a microwave or oven I was good but grilling wasn't appetizing.
I had my first aversion tonight and it was to the chery tomatoes in my salad. I couldn't eat them; had to toss them, but then enjoyed the rest of my salad. Actually that's a lie; the beets in the salad tasted terrible. I tossed those too
Tomatoes were my biggest aversion when I was pregnant with DS too. It doesn't make me puke, thankfully, just feel a little queasy/gaggy and not want to eat the thing.

Vegetables for all of first tri and the majority of second tri in all of my pregnancies. They taste like straight up dirt to me, which is a bummer because I normally love veggies!
No aversions yet, but last pregnancy I spent an entire month (started around 11 weeks) as a vegetarian not by choice, then the rest of the pregnancy still unable to eat beef.
No real aversions just things that sound unappetizing at the moment. That is how I spent most of my first pregnancy. Oh except my daily chai latte, yeah that doesn't sound good at all. I will be choking some down this week while the parents are here.

Chicken!! That is the worst for me right now. Although the thought of breaded chicken isn't horrible and I was able to eat the chicken in my fried rice yesterday. But H made baked chicken the other day and I could only handle one bite. Poor guy doesn't know what to do.
I had eggs on Sunday and it was fine. I'm actually OK with most veggies but fruit has been the best thing ever. I'm finding that watermelon is very good at calming my stomach in the morning. I have a smoothie in the morning where I try to get as many nutrients as possible because I'm usually craving junk after that.
I feel like I've entered this phase the last couple days. My stomach gets queasy if it's not full or almost full, but simultaneously the thought of most food is just kind of bleh.
I haven't really found anything yet that I can't eat, but I'm sure it's coming. We went out to eat last night and trying to decided what sounded the least offensive was tough. Finally settled on BBQ...and thinking about it now makes my stomach turn over.
My pregnancy with DS, I could not eat leftovers; once I'd eaten it once, that was it--the rest got pitched. I was also 'off' a lot of meat, mostly red meat but also pulled pork, oddly enough. Normally I love steak or BBQ. I remember I ate a steak--and enjoyed it--the day before my due date; it was my birthday so we went out to eat. That was the first steak I'd eaten in literally 9 months.

aggiebug I just bought some chai tea! I was looking for a tea that I could drink at work when I need a pick me up that didn't have too much caffeine. I hope it agrees with me!
I feel like shit today, and my tummy is not happy! I had to choke down my banana and PB&J, and I'm nauseated right now thinking about it. I kind of feel like I should get more food to calm my stomach but can't think of a single thing right now that sounds good.

This is where I'm at. Nothing sounds even remotely appetizing and I usually LOVE food. And seeing or someone speaking about certain foods (like chicken or vegetables) makes me feel queasy. Berries are the only thing right now that's ok. And believe it or not cheese and crackers.

Thanks for the warning danib! Off to google I go and it says star anise should be avoided which of course this brand of chai tea includes. *sigh* just when I thought I had found a tea w moderate caffeine that I could enjoy. I have only drank 1 cup so I'm sure it's fine but I'm not going to drink it again.

I love chai! I think it's more the latte part that isn't agreeing. I should try just a chai tea. My raspberry tea has been just fine. (and yes this raspberry tea is totally safe first tri I vetted it last pregnancy.)
Ended up having Thai chicken soup and spinach, tomato & cauliflower mac and cheese. The cooked tomatoes didn't turn my stomach so I bought it, but once I started eating it, I had to pick them all out. Ugh.
I'm feeling much better today actually, so far it was only a couple of days. Sautéed veggies are still a hell no, but I might try some raw in a smoothie tonight with fruit and ice.
I'm not handling greasy foods well (as is a given during pregnancy) and Pizza Hut makes me super sick. I discovered Annie's pizza rolls today and I felt just fine after. I'm so happy! I miss pizza.
The smell of most condiments makes my stomach turn, especially ketchup and BBQ sauce. Ew.
