During mealtimes, we go through 2-4 diapers. There is always poop in there! I can't remember my other two pooping this much. Her poor bottom is so red even though we are constantly putting Aquafor and Triple Paste on it. She's on 2/3 breastmilk and 1/3 formula.

Probably 3-6x a day, usually closer to 4x. DS did not poop a whole lot either and was even at 1x/week from about 2 months on (which was nice because it was predictable). Both were EBF, so maybe it has something to do with mom's diet?
Pretty much every feeding. She usually poops a few times in a row, so I wait until we are done a side/done the feeding or until I feel like her poop face is done. That way I'm not changing her and having her immediately poop into a clean diaper, although that happens still sometimes
4-6 poop changes but sometimes those changes have 2-3 bursts of poop. She tends to go a couple of times very close together so I wait a few minutes after the first round to avoid getting pooped on mid-change.
Her poops are in most diaper changes, but only 2 or 3 big ones, the rest look like skid marks. One down side of cloth is I can't always tell if she's wet, but upside in 1 month no blowouts, only 1 leak because MOTN changes are hard.
Was every feed... Last week or so he's gone down to one or two very big ones a day. I almost prefer the poops from every feed. Now he gets really grumpy the hour or so before he has a poop.
For breastfed babies, don't be surprised if the frequency of dirty diapers decreases as your LO gets older. DD would go every few days to a week before pooping and her pediatrician said it wss perfectly normal. H swore up and down that she was constipated all the time.

Needed to see this today! DD1 was an every diaper pooper and DD2 started that way but is now an EOD pooper at best. For BF babies once a diaper or once a week is fine, that's my mantra!

What colour is baby's poop? 2 days ago E's poop was the bright yellow seedy poop, now it is more green. I know that's supposed to be a sign of too much foremilk, but is it really a concern?

If you had a bad feeding day or if it was just one or 2 poops and then back to normal it's probably ok, but if it lingers it's an issue we had one day of this while we were adjusting (I knew it was a bad feeding day) and before I started the block feeding (to address over supply) but then the next day after I felt like she got some better feedings in it went right back to normal.

A's poop has gone from yellow and seedy to dark green for a couple of days and now it's back to yellow and seedy today. I'm not concerned, maybe it's just supply still regulating so there was a few days of lots of fore milk, or something I ate, or just to mess with me.

LO's poop color changes all the time. It's orange, yellow, light brown, and sometimes green. I wouldn't be worried about the green unless it's really dark or consistent.
K's poop is always orange. I've been wondering about that...
Bf? Their poop is an orange/yellow color typically. Green can me too much formilk. If it's a forest green and mucus like it means a milk/soy protein intolerance (typically). Who knew poop colors could mean so much
