Everything that I manage to eat has to be extremely plain and sometimes even then it's just a few bites before I'm done. I've also had success with apples along with grapes. Blueberry bagels toasted, but plain have been ok for my mornings and then canned chicken noodle soup has been my go to for lunches (to try and get some extra liquid in me). The L.ance peanut butter cracker sandwiches are pretty good too, but I'm trying not to live 100% on carbs if I can force something else down.
Sometimes I'll try to eat something even if my stomach is turning and small portions will go down ok. My biggest trigger seems to be strong smells and spices like garlic and onion so those haven't been used or bought in quite a few weeks.

I'm sorry, that was literally no help. I guess all I can really suggest is to keep something with you at all times and nibble constantly throughout the day. I though about maybe getting some mixed nuts this week at the grocery store.
I'm eating a lot of produce and few ingredient foods. I can't eat anything greasy or too "heavy" so I avoid excess cheese (though I eat a cheese stick daily), fried foods, and garlic makes me run.
No Pizza Hut (other pizza seems okay so far), fast food, or French fries. Waaahhhhhh!

Just about everything is a problem for me these days. The only foods I seem to have any luck keeping down are pineapples (canned seem to settle better than fresh) and a small amount of vanilla ice cream. Even crackers and rolls have come back up, but I think tomorrow I'm going to try toast with a little peanut butter (I'm not trying it tonight because I really don't want to throw up again today).
I second watermelon. I ate a ton with L and it's been a good go to this time around, too. Also baked potatoes with just a bit of butter and/or cheese, apple juice, chocolate milk, and plain noodles work well for me. With L, cheese was great but this time cheese isn't my favorite.
DH and I were grocery shopping yesterday and I was SO HUNGRY. I kept threatening to open something up to eat it.
But at the same time I really just wanted to barf on his shoes. Such a strange phenomenon. He thought it was hilarious.
Not surprisingly carbs help my nausea subside. I was trying to be good and eat some fruit. Nope, the bagel and cream cheese settled my stomach much better.
I am done with meat - that helps a lot. I love meat and DH eats mostly meat-based meals, so it's hard but it's the easiest way of avoiding most of what bothers me.
nuggetrn - I never go to the grocery store these days without paying for an opened or already eaten food item that was necessary to make it through the store without a meltdown from a certain toddler.
I thank my lucky stars that vomiting hasn't been an issue, though I feel a little left out lol. That said, I am definitely nauseous at times and am totally disgusted by most of the stuff I was eating PP. Here's kind of my lists:
Just no: Chicken (really most meat but I don't eat a lot anyway) Sautéed vegetables Salad Red sauce on pasta Can't deal with the smell of smoked meats/sausage/etc
Give me all the: English muffins with raspberry jam or butter Plain Oatmeal with milk and sugar Cheerios Grilled cheese Homemade green smoothies (the only way I can get greens down - spinach, kale, chard, cucumber, pineapple, apple, splash of OJ, tsp honey) Eggs Cod Tuna fish macaroni salad Peanut butter and jelly sandwich Cantaloupe Pineapple Watermelon Strawberries Blueberries Yogurt with cinnamon and honey

Raw tomatoes are one of the only things I have found that I had a bad reaction to. Tomato sauce doesn't sound appealing to me either but once I eat it, I am fine. A deviled egg tasted disgusting to me!

Hope your having better luck! For me it really does help to snack. The emptier my stomach gets the sicker I feel and the less I want to eat. Even if it's just saltiness and a 7 up or some OJ it really makes a difference to keep something in my belly.
