I did not finish the food off me kids plates and signed up for DietBet with a friend I will continue... tracking calories in and out to keep myself accountable I will stop...cooking/baking things I shouldn't eat
QOTW: What is the best baby gift you have received? One of my patients sent me this, she's a fellow knitter so I imagined so made a baby hat or sweater or blanket but nope. I thought this was just so pretty

Did you hit your goals: I did a little better but still need to cut back more
Challenges: stress and tired eating. Grabbing things quickly and using food to unwind.
Exercise: not cleared yet, but I took some longer walks while the weather was nice.
Eating: decently healthy but a lot of treats
Weight lost: I am down 20 lbs from her birth (a few lbs above pre preg weight) and it seems to have stabilized there, so more will I guess take a change in habits...
NSV: I can walk to the far T stop and back, which means we can go out alone if we want.
I will continue walking and drinking lots of water
I will stop eating so much sugar
QOTW: H's classmates all got together and bought us a ton of stuff including our stroller! So sweet.
arbe how do you find the time to work out? You have 3 kids including a newborn.

Big kids come for walks and do workouts with me. My kids like burpees and jumping Jack's etc. Dd1 is a gymnast & wants to workout daily, she reminds me most days.
I've been going for walks. I really want to go back to gym but not sure how that'll work with mine and H's schedule. I might have to do at home workouts. Pre pregnancy I was at the gym 4-5 days a week.

I know I miss the gym but leaving H at bedtime with 3 kids just seems wrong. Only class I can make would be 8pm.

arbe struggling! Lol I haven't been on any of my groups here or on Facebook for a few weeks. Twins and a toddler is more overwhelming than I could have imagined. Not in a bad way, I am feeling much better lately, I'm just more busy than I would like to be!

Did you hit your goals? No, it's been challenging sleeping so I have no energy left for anything during the day. Were there any challenges? Getting enough sleep to function has been a challenge, and it seems we have started the 6 week growth spurt, so she's eating all the damn time now. Did you exercise? Only if you count chasing DD1 around overy the weekend. Other than that, nada. Did you eat healthfully? I'm getting better with this, but DH keeps buying junk food when he goes shopping. I almost feel like I should do the shopping so we stop having it in the house. My meals are decent, but I'm snacking on junk too much. Weight or inches lost? 3 lbs (despite my snacking) Any non-scale victories? No. I will continue... drinking all the water I will stop... making poor snack decisions
QOTW: What is the best baby gift you have received? My in laws bought us our crib. DD1 is still in hers and shows no signs of wanting to climb out or anything, so we figured a 2nd crib would be the best option. They offered to buy it for us, so how could we say no...?
