We had pics done of C for 2 years. And us. There is a good bump one in there I want to post but can't figure it out. Oh well.
Things with pregnancy are good. I think my nesting instinct is freaking out w bit since we are moving this week. I just cleaned the fridge at new place.
I am having killer heartburn and still tired from multiple nighttime Wakings but not nearly as much dizziness so not going to complain.
QOTW -- I was annoyed that my maternity jeans kept falling down on me today. I seriously want to get suspenders. I wear more dresses when I'm pregnant. Not usually my style. It's funny how complimentary people are when I wear them. Still not my style but it's more comfy and easy right now.
I am hating the heartburn and just feeling fat right now but so glad I'm not nauseous anymore.
Thanks bexincanada. I was on my mobile and last time I tried to cut and copy the list via mobile it got all messed up. But I wanted to post something yesterday since witty isn't doing our check-ins anymore unfortunately.
Feeling really tired, and sore by the end of the day. Sleep is hit or miss depending on the night. Had my first bout of noticing feet swelling the other day. Also had heartburn once, thankfully not while trying to sleep. That's about it from a symptom perspective. Work continues to be quite hectic as I try and finish up some work with some clients to be able to pare down my caseload and leave it in a good place for the next person. Some of the "endings" have been more stressful than others.
QOTW 1: I don't think I have any favourites. I've got a black long-sleeved shirt that's letting lots of mileage with jeans or cords.
QOTW 2: Not necessarily hate, but definitely being uncomfortable while trying to sleep/not being able to move in the same way I used to. I LOVE that there is a little human in there.
18+4 today. Lots of nausea and vomitting, leading to lots of crankiness.
We're getting excited for the anatomy scan next week. Both of us have been having strange dreams about the genetic testing being wrong and that we're actually having a boy. Or the tech saying the baby has ambiguous genitalia. All of which then sends me into a panic about the rest of the genetic results.
QOTW: I hate all maternity clothes. I'm in between sizes and nothing fits right. And I don't like girly clothes anyway. Getting dressed usually ends up with me getting upset. It's absolutely pitiful. I'm too cheap to pay for alterations, so I may just have to give it a go and turn some of my cargo shorts into maternity shorts.
QOTW 2: If you can't tell from my previous answer, I'm struggling with body image issues. Definitely my least favorite thing right now. Unless I'm puking, puking is my all time least favorite.

My husband is trans and he carried out first baby. He never wore maternity clothes because he doesn't wear women's clothing. I'm sure he'd be happy to give you some of his go to item ideas if you want. Not sure what exactly you mean about no girly clothing but he certainly found alternatives. Not feeling good about what you look like sucks for everyone. Good luck and let me know if we can help!
