Puppies, kittens, cake..whatever

I need to get out of this funk I am in.  I think based on the wtf we need a thread full of good things. GIFs of puppies, or kittens, or anything funny. Yummy comfort food.  I am determined to get in a good positive mood today.

That being said I'm awful at gifs. I'm going to try.

Comfort food: "sloppy veggies" Get some tofu and veggies of choice. Crumble tofu into pan and sautee with veggies. Toast some ciabatta (or bread of choice) and slather with hummus. Put it all together with some fries or roasted cauliflower.

This vegetarian nut loaf is the best thing ever. Top it with your favorite meatloaf topping (e.g. grandma's ketchup, mustard, brown sugar mixture) and it tastes and feels very very close to a meatloaf.

You seriously must. The recipe actually makes two loaves but they freeze well. I like to make them in muffin tins, for increased surface area.

I want to make these. H made me a chocolate souffle cake from her cookbook which was sooooo yummy, and this might be a similar recipe.
