Tax Question for my Fellow Canadians

It's that time of year folks, the time of year where I ask you if sperm is tax deductible!

I don't know but I've claimed it for the past two years without a problem.

I wasn't really able to find a straight answer anywhere, our sperm bank didn't seem to bat an eye when I asked for a duplicate copy of our receipt for tax purposes.

Thanks wittyandwaiting, I don't think it is - found it online. But I won't tell the tax-man!
Thankfully we ended up with a good outcome regardless.

I know this is late...

But I claimed it this year.
I have a friend who claimed sperm when she was trying to conceive their son, and then again when they were trying for their girls. So she's been claiming sperm for over 5 years and nothing has been said.
