Did you hit your goals? Were there any challenges? Did you exercise? Did you eat healthfully? Weight or inches lost? Any non-scale victories? I will continue... I will stop...

Long term goal: get to wedding weight Weekly goal: eat only when I'm hungry and not too many treats
Did you hit your goals? I have been doing much better with sugar. Starting to be able to walk super far so feeling good about that. I go back to the MW on weds and I'm expecting to be cleared for exercise then Were there any challenges? Craving sugar Did you exercise? Lots of walks Did you eat healthfully? Getting better Weight or inches lost? Sitting pretty at 5 lbs above my pre-preg weight and the scale does not seem to be budging anymore so I guess that means it's time to start watching what I'm eating a bit more. Any non-scale victories? I have taken some really long walks and am feeling good I will continue... To reduce sugar I will stop...eating when I'm not hungry
QOTW: Share a brsin fog moment? I.e. talking on phone while searching [/quote] just had to read this 5 times before I understanding what it meant, does that count? Lol.

Long term goal: It's more kind of short term, but I need to be able to zip up my bridesmaid dress at the beginning of May. Weekly goal: Do something active.
Did you hit your goals? No Were there any challenges? Just finding the time between caring for a toddler and an infant. If they are both asleep, I want to do something other than exercise. Also, being home makes eating healthy difficult. I just want to graze and eat crap. Did you exercise? No Did you eat healthfully? I did better. I'm trying to make healthier choices when I grocery shop so if I want to snack, I have better options in the house. I'm also avoiding fast food and soda. Weight or inches lost? Haven't checked. Any non-scale victories? I can wear pre-pregnancy jeans, but they aren't the most comfortable so there is work to be done. I will continue... to try and be more mindful of what I eat and drink. I will stop... being negative about my body especially around my daughter.
QOTW: Share a brsin fog moment? I.e. talking on phone while searching I mentioned this in another thread, but I still panic about not knowing the whereabouts of one child when they actually are in the same room as I am.

The weather put a damper on my plans as did some sleepless nights Did you exercise? Yes, i took it easy since I'm not cleared yet but got a sweat going Did you eat healthfully? Yes, i ate so well this week Weight or inches lost? 2.6lbs down, haven't measured yet Any non-scale victories? We spent a long day out of the house for DD1 gymnastics meet and no issues I will continue... eat well and move I will stop... sleeping on the couch at night and get to bed regardless of how many times E wakes up.
QOTW: Share a brain fog moment? I.e. talking on phone while searching for your phone Well the example is mine, but ive also brewed coffee and forgot about it and went out to get coffee

Im sorry to thread jack but would any of you be interested in doing a 30 day challenge? I did them on GKU and the fact that other people were doing it with me was a huge motivator. I did it for a couple months before I got KU and had negative energy.

I'm in! Wondering if there is a modification I can do until I'm cleared on 5/19 (hopefully).
Something like this. Except I'd be doing planks instead of push ups because I can't do even modified push ups. #weakling
Is be in for that. Not what I was thinking when you said 30 day challenge that seems totally doable! I should be cleared for exercise tomorrow at my 6 week visit.

I'll cheer you guys on for the next 30 days and maybe join next month when I'm cleared. I sneezed today for the first time and thought my vag was going to explode so I'm thinking lunges might be off limits for a few more weeks.
I'm about 1/2 way to my goal and need to kick up my water intake and get up to 4 workouts a week.
Im on track, trying to find the balance though because I dont want my milk supply to struggle. Haven't been consistent with the workouts this week but I like it. I think i may do 1 more after this then take a break when I get back to work.
