DH and I talked about this because I have friends who kept their kid's but we just threw it away. We decided we would keep the first lost tooth and that's it.

I didn't keep the stump for either kid. It never dawned on me to and both times they fell off, I couldn't find them immediately. Either they fell off in clothes or onto the floor and wasn't located for days.

I don't know what happened to K's it was there one day and then gone at the next diaper change no clue where it went...
I do have her umbilical cord dried though. Not on purpose, but it was in with the placenta and the doula dried it for us. It kinda grosses me out but I feel weird throwing it away. I need to get a little non-see-through envelope and put it in the baby book.
With C I was still using disposables so I tossed it with the diaper with A I didn't know what to do with it since cloth and I didn't have a diaper to throw away so I flushed it. Super gross.
LO's is sitting in a little dish on the changing table. It's tiny and didn't smell of anything when it fell off. I should probably throw it out, but I can't bring myself to do it.

Special snowflake here. When I realized that J had finally lost hers, I searched for it, and I found it in one of the feet of the outfit I took off of her. I made sure to save it to show DH when he got home (because I wasn't sure he'd notice it was gone if he changed her diaper). The following day I realized we still had it and asked him if he wanted to keep it since I had mixed feelings on it. He gave me a funny look and said "no." It was exactly what I needed to hear, and I threw it away.
