I typically order invites 2 months in advance because they take time to get here and I like to send them out one month in advance.
Shout out to Delight Invites for speed. I ordered these on Sunday, they sent the design for review on Monday. I made some revisions, so I got the revised design Tuesday and they're in my hot little hands tonight.

@poppyc8, still going back and forth. DH, who actually loves cotton candy (I'm not a big sugar person, so really I was thinking of the machine for him and LBB) thought we should just get the bags because of time and stress. Then I showed him the machine, and he thought it looked awesome.

Ahhhh so cute! I've just sent my order in to Vista print to be printed. I bought a digital file off Etsy from a gal down under and she was awesome. It came with the front, the light floral is the back and then the blue is an envelope liner. She threw in the matching thank you card for free.

Thank you billyhorrible, kemdupuis, and @scoop! I'm pretty surprised I was able to do it in word. It turned out different than planned but it's just what I wanted! I so wish I had Illustrator, it would have been way easier!
Is it wrong of me that I'm just going to text/call/fb invite her birthday? It's mostly going to be a bbq with some cute birthday stuff. And I've probably pinned way more then what is really going to happen.
I feel like a paper invite would make it more formal.
Most of my friends use "Punch Bowl" for electronic invitations. Personally I think you only need paper invitations for weddings. I just like them because it's something cute to put in the baby book.
We just got the design back, now we just need to get them printed! Any recs for getting these printed? I may just go with Staples, but something with an envelope included might be helpful.
