Dh got stuck in Houston on his way back into town last night. So I had to snow blow.
I'll just say I hating blowing of all variations.
I had to wait until it stopped so 10 pm. And then had to go back out this am to re- clear. And we have ice dams now, so my house is leaking in various spots.
Winter? Can you please be over sooner rather than later?! So excited to be going OOT this weekend solo. No kids, no DH, and headed to sun and 80. Can't. Wait.
And we just picked up 6 inches while I have been here at work.
And we are getting another 10"-18" Sunday - Tuesday.
DO. NOT. WANT.
Yup. This. And it is now supposed to snow yet again from tomorrow until TUESDAY. Are you freaking kidding me?! Last storm SO had to work and I did not want to wait for him to get home because the snow would freeze all over my car. Baby in ergo on back + shoveling is a serious workout! He actually loved it but I'm hoping to not have to do that again!

God bless ya, cos me alone + LO alone = no shoveling at all. We would just look at it.

If its less than 8 inches, I just drive over it....
but we live in a woodsy area and don't have a sidewalk or anything.
I have gone out to shovel alone when the baby is sleeping because if the plows go by, MH wouldn't even be able to make it into the driveway, but I'm a meanie and just do enough at the end of the driveway for him to get the car off the road.
(We're in the snowing until Tuesday zone too, sometimes I wish there was a New England board just for the purpose of bishing about the weather)

Especially because we bitch about it year round. New England, yo.

Ok let me clarify, we live in a condo where they plow so it's not like I was shoveling an entire driveway haha BUT they suck at plowing and never come back around and with 32"+ of snow my car was buried all around! It wasn't too bad though it only took about 20 minutes. I thought about going out while he slept but I'm still nervous nelly about things like that and my only other option was stroller but didn't think that would be the smartest option in 2+ feet of snow and slush. He had fun! Me, not so much...
Where are you ladies at?! I'm just outside of Boston!
ETA: The words "day by day" and "snow accumulation " do not belong in the same sentence. Ever. I'm pissed. I'd like to take my baby outside to play sometime before his first birthday!
