I voted yes, solely because after so many cycles, I am notorious for POAS and forgetting to check the results (because let's be real-it's always a BFN). This way the phone will remind me to throw the damn thing away.

This makes sense. I'm not saying I wouldn't use it if one magically appeared in my bathroom, but it just seems like a lot of extraness for something you pee on. I am a little interested in what the app does if you're pregnant, like does it say congrats or anything? Also, do you have to keep the app on your phone (or delete it and re download it each time)?
I totally agree with these questions. If it is a ton of work, or even more work then just pushing "connect", I am out...cause super lazy...

The only way I would is if the tips were replaceable. I don't even like using digitals because of the battery waste, nevermind battery plus Bluetooth technology.
Make a fancy shmancy Bluetooth handle with replaceable tips and I'll be all over that. Almost like a diabetes test, but for my pee.
Even if they were the same price, I wouldn't get the bluetooth test. 1) because I'm lazy and don't like installing unnecessary apps on my phone and 2) because I don't need an app to tell me if my test is positive or negative. I'm perfectly capable of looking for a second line or reading a YES or NO on a digital.

That seems like waaay too much effort to pee on a stick.
The fact that First Response is actively discouraging women from getting up and peeing after sex makes me sad. Like, ejaculation happens at some 20+mph and the sperm are biologically programmed to know where tf to go. You don't need to lay down to "guide" them to your cervix.

I never make it long enough to need to test, so if I felt like I was overdue a period, why the hell not get the fanciest one and play with the features.
It should have some sort of games on the app, like shooting sperm into eggs arcade style.

The next thing they will release a cervix opener. A diy uti kit
In all seriousness though, even if they were the same price I wouldn't do it. I feel like it could be helpful for ladies who haven't read up on ttc, but I feel like there is nothing this app will tell me that I don't already know.
Also, it seems like extra waste (to be bluetooth it has to have some electronics in it right?) to an already very wasteful product (not trying to say we shouldn't POAS, but it's something to think about)

I have stopped POAS. I pee just to take my provera to restart. I keep no cheapie I but the equate ones just to be sure when I take the provera. We are NTNP for the foresee future
I only POAS when I'm for sure late... I did POAS a few times when my hCG was going down just to see if it would still turn positive. In general though, I try not to. They are expensive!
I find this completely, entirely, and 100% unnecessary. Most days, I think FRERs are unnecessary with their curved handles and extra large window nonsense. At the end of the day, you're looking for a line. I don't know why we need to over-complicate it. Truly.
