Long term goal: 45 lbs to lose Weekly goal: Lose 3 lbs
Did you hit your goals? No, but I think I'm on track finally. Were there any challenges? I always want to snack a lot in the afternoon. I realized the best way to dodge it is to eat a really big, filling lunch. Did you exercise? Yes. I started doing 30 minutes on the bike and also walking and trying to hit 10k steps on my fitbit. Did you eat healthfully? Not early in the week, but towards the end I started to. Weight or inches lost? None yet. Any non-scale victories? Starting to routinely exercise. I will continue... Exercising, eating filling meals. I will stop... Bingeing/snacking.

Did you exercise? Not at all, had a crazy busy week. Did you eat healthfully? Pretty much Weight or inches lost? 1.9lbs! Any non-scale victories? Not really I will continue... track food I will stop... being so hard on myself

Did you hit your goals? I haven't set any specific goals yet Did you exercise? Yes! 4 times since last Monday: I attended 2 cardio classes, swam 40 laps one day, and went to mommy-baby yoga another day. I also walked quite a bit because I returned to work and there's a walk from my bus stop to my office. Did you eat healthfully? Nope. This is what's really hard for me now. My appetite is CRAZY between breastfeeding and starting up exercise again. It doesn't help that I've gone back to work, so I'm looking for convenient dinner options on workdays (aka defrosting those freezer meals, which are often more high-calorie things that I knew would freeze well, like lasagna, chili, pot pie, etc.) Weight or inches lost? None since 3weeks pp (now 7 weeks pp) Any non-scale victories? My pooch tightened up a little this week with a return to exercise! Also, the divide between my abdominal muscles is almost fully closed again. I will continue... working out. It feels AMAZING to sweat again and sleep really well! I will stop... eating so many sweets and treats. But I will also stop expecting everything to change so quickly! I need to be more patient.
