Mother's Day gift for expectant mom?

Any ideas on what I can get MW for Mother's Day?  She feels left out of a lot of the normal mom stuff because she's not the one carrying.  The internets haven't been much help - everything is prenatal massages and bellebands. 

Massages and and pedicures are out because she has unused gift certificates for both.  And we're going on vacation 2 weeks later, so a weekend getaway would be hard.

My ideas:

*tree you can plant from the baby,
*if you know the exact birth date then a birth stone necklace,
* if you know the baby's name, a stamped ring with the baby's name on it.
* picture frame with the name baby will call her and then add a picture of the two of them at the birth.
