I will be 39 weeks tomorrow, and we may finally have a short list of names for baby boy. DD is Julia, last name is Polish ending in ski. Give me your thoughts
Isaac (higher in popularity than we wanted, but we don't know any) Augustus (DH likes nn Auggie, I think it sounds so young) Declan Asher
Both Declan and Asher seem to be growing in popularity, but are still not overly popular. We don't want to date him with a name.
Still throwing around a few others, including Alastair (worried would get nn Al) Vincent Malcolm Theodore

I like Isaac, Asher and Theodore (I love the nn Theo).
I personally think Al is going to be a go-to nn for Alistair and you won't always be there to correct it. (If he doesn't like it, he can correct it though.)

I love Augustus (and August). I wouldn't worry about the nickname Auggie. You may or may not end up using it, but also when you start using it, he will be very young!

I like your second list much more than your first. In my area Declan is so popular it's not even funny, so I'd veto that along with Isaac if popularity bothers you. I like Theodore or Alistair a lot for you.
I like Isaac, Malcolm and Theodore. Isaac isn't too popular around me. I know an Augustine, nn Auggie. It is cute on him but he's only 1.5. I do think that nn will outgrow him but it would be weird to switch to a totally different nn like Gus. Btw, I love Gus as a nn.
I like Vincent and Isaac, followed not so closely by Theodore (kind of tired of it but otherwise it's a great name). Vincent is awesome and refreshing.
