Here's some from mine. We got married in March of 2014 at a local garden/arboretum. I loved everything about this day. Sorry if the pics are big. I'm mobile and lazy.

I loved my wedding and my dress so much. I always thought I wanted a very simple A-line and ended up with a beaded lace fit and flare. I also loved the MOH dress my sister wore, and I loved our bouquets. And my shoes - splurged on some Kate Spade shoes that are actually super comfy (danced in them all night!)

I couldn't pass up this dress for being $80! Pretty much all of our wedding was me being a bargain queen because I was pretty young and my parents were graciously paying but not a ton. It was fun though. We had a Mexican food buffet, cupcakes, and it was hot as hell outside in Florida in July! The best part honestly was leaving to go get all the free drinks for just getting married and hanging out in the pool

ETA: the wedding was not outside, to clarify. I'm not that cruel. Just photos!

Can I play? I'm also going to AW more than my dress because I loved everything! I'm going to spoiler (hopefully) all the pics since Im on Tapatalk.

We got married 7/2/11 after a year and half long engagement. I really wanted a backyard wedding, but didn't know anyone with a big flat yard. We ended up finding this adorable venue with a great garden style outdoor space. It was sunny and high 70s, which was perfect.

While I'm not sure if I would pick the same dress if I had to do it over again, my dress has very special meaning to me. My mom and I drove down to Portland to meet my cousin and her daughter to go dress shopping. At the time my cousin was fighting cancer. They helped me pick out my dress. My cousin wasn't able to make it to my wedding and passed away that October at the incredibly young age of 37. I'm so thankful I have those memories of dress shopping with her.

Our friend made our cake for us. She also made a groomscake. MH kept asking me if our toppers could be the WWE wrestler The Warrior (maybe? I'm not sure, honestly) and snow white and I kept shooting him down. So he was surprised when he saw the cake.

I love seeing all the pictures and reading about everyone's wedding day!

We got married 6/9/12. I liked the multiples of 3 once I saw it was an available date. My mom made my wedding dress. She mad hers when she got married and offered to make mine as well. We got married at a golf course. It was amazingly perfect in every way. It rained that morning but stopped in time for first look and for them to set up for an outdoor ceremony. It was a huge party during the reception with everyone dancing all night. Our DJ still posts pics of people dancing at our wedding on his FB page nearly 4 years later!

The back of my dress was the best part. The buttons (though fake) looked awesome and the fit of the dress made my butt look amazing.



The front of the dress was pretty simple but that's my style and I liked it.

I love this thread!! I'm sorry if this is huge, I'm on mobile.

We got married the weekend after Thanksgiving which I did not want at all being so close to the holiday but it was the only way my niece could make it with her school schedule and I ended up loving that time of year!

I was so stressed out leading up to the wedding because of a ton of family drama (in laws) but it ended up being a great weekend. My family is very scattered throughout the country so we are rarely together and it was so nice having everyone in one place. The rehearsal dinner might have been more fun than wedding just because it was so relaxed.

And the dress. I was so obsessed with it and still am. Me and a good friend went to CA to visit my mom and dress shopped there. Wonderful memories of that weekend!

Let's see if I can manage to get pictures uploaded. Our wedding was super small like 30 people but everyone we invited showed up and had a great time. We got married at a golf course that oberlooked a reservoir. There were deer! For our favors we did rubber ducks but they were things we are into, like superheros, dinosaurs, Pirates, ninjas,  Knights. I think thay was it. Everything was so awesome and I'm so happy how it was. My dress had buttons over the zipper, and I thought they were just decorative.  Since I only had my sister as a MOH, I had invited a bunch of friends back to my dressing room to have some champagne and hang out as I got ready.  About 15 minutes before my ceremony was going to start, one of my friends said, "Um, you do know those buttons are supposed to be buttoned, right?"  Franctic all hands on deck buttoning ensued:

I loved our wedding so much that I could not just post my dress! Here are some of the amazing shots of the dress, beadwork, cake, and our ice sculpture! I was so excited to post pictures I forgot the details! We had a traditional Catholic ceremony followed by an amazing reception at a local reception hall! It was absolutly perfect for us!

This is the picture of my dress. I don't know how insert my own pictures on here. I only know how to through taptalk and I don't have my wedding photos on my phone. We got married 6/14/14. We did a catholic church ceremony. I had 4 bm's, H had 4 groomsmen, we had my niece as flower girl and H's cousin's son as our ring bearer. We did roses and peonies as flowers throughout. Our colors were blush pink, ivory with gold accents. Our unfficial theme was movie related. We had our reception at a country club, we went to a near by park for pictures and had our bridal party recreate Seurat's painting- Sunday Afternoon On the Island of LaGrand Jatte one of my favorite photos. Each table at the reception was named after a love movie and had pictures of the love movie & quotes from that specific movie on the menu card. We replicated the mailbox from Up as our card box.


We had a DJ, 2 photographers- who were beyond amazing- my favorite vendors, a photobooth, and 2 videographers. At cocktail hour we had a fajitas station, crudite display, mashed potato bar, carving station, and passed hor d'oeurves. We had a premium open bar all night. Dinner was 4 courses and sit down, our cake was 3 tier square offset cake. Our florist cascading the cake with fresh roses and peonies. Our cake had a different flavor for each tier 1st was chocolate cake, fudge and peanut butter filling, 2nd- vanilla cake blueberry and raspberry cheesecake filling, 3rd tier- vanilla & chocolate cake with oreo filling. We had van transportation all night for our guests to and from the hotels. Bridal party, H & I had a limo for the day's tranportation. It was by far one of the best days of our life. I love it so much and had so much fun. My only complaint was my bouquet- my peonies were wilting too quickly day of.

kayladawn91, I had no idea there were Disney dresses! I love it! I feel you on the bridesmaid thing. I had a falling out with my MOH a couple of years ago. I don't necessarily regret having her in my wedding, we had been friends since 7th grade, but it is weird to see her on my pics now.

We initially planned to wait to get married, then decided on doing a small ceremony with family at the courthouse, but my mom said no way to that. Soooo we had the traditional shin-dig. We were married in July 2008, in FL. It was hot! And it sprinkled a bit, good luck right?

We were married in the church I attended with my parents and the reception was at a garden nearby (with indoor accommodations for weddings).

We didn't have an open bar, but we purchased the beer, wine, and ingredients for a specialty drink (so no charge for guests). We doubled what the caterer told us to buy and still ran out! Thankfully a family friend was the day of coordinator so she ran out and got more lol

It was such an amazing day! I always want to re-live it.

ETA: fooooood! We had a buffet with beef, chicken, mashed potatoes, and some other stuff lol I don't remember it all. I do remember the mashed potatoes saved a bunch of our drunk friends stomachs later in the night! + they were yummy!
