So. I wake up, hear Jo talking to herself. So I go to scoop her out of the pack and play and OMG. She had some nasty watery diarrhea-it was everywhere. Gross. So I get her and the pack n play cleaned, we come downstairs and have our morning milk. She comes and sits on my lap and then -BARF. Hot, curdled milk everywhere. Damnit. Into the bath we go. And that was all in the first 30 minutes we were awake.
Morning! No additional puke from M (*knock on wood*). She had a few bites of cereal bar and water. Since she's drinking water, I'm not going for the milk just yet. She cries and sobs if I put her down, so I'm confined to the couch. I'm hungry and trying to figure out how to get my Cheerios without causing a baby meltdown.
We'll send SO to the birthday party with our gift. M and I will stay home.
FX she's better for DC tomorrow. I have major birthday plans!

Sorry I've been MIA. Trying to get ready for LLR is overwhelming but so exciting. I cleaned out an area in our spare room yesterday, which included packing up some books that I haven't touched in years - I was leafing through them to make sure there weren't any personal memos so I could donate them, and I found $20. So I got paid to clean yesterday! I'm working on my vip group page so once it's ready, I'll do a massive M15 add.
Sorry for the sick M15 babies, hope they feel better real soon!
Heading home today. Guise, we had such a blast! I facetimed w H and the boys throughout the trip and they were so cute, waving, blowing me kisses, offering me their snacks. H did so well at home, which was not a surprise but still nice to hear. I'm ready to get home to my guys through.
Sitting outside w my coffee, book and listening to the quiet. Soaking it all in. Being a mom is so life changing and I'm so glad I have you guys and my twin moms. They truly get the day to day struggles/challenges like no one else. I brag about you guys all the time too!

babys2015 - I'm so glad you had a great weekend and got some alone time! I'm sure your H loved the one on one time with the boys too. Have a safe trip home!
portuguesemama I am going for a massage and then zip lining! Plus lunch and dinner with adult beverages. FX that I don't have to cancel and, if needed, can find a babysitter.
graciest719 so sorry about Jo! I hope that was the worst of it and she's better quickly. Also, FX Max doesn't get anything!
malvo I'm glad M hasn't puked anymore. Fx that was it and she's better for daycare tomorrow. Those birthday plans sound awesome! Do you have zip lining get nearby?
babys2015 FaceTime is awesome. Glad you were able to see them while you were gone but still enjoy yourself! I talk about everyone here all the time also!
Morning friends! Today is my last day of summer break, boo to that! The reality of a new school year is sinking in and I'm starting to get those back to school/beginning of the year stress dreams @megaugust10- Girl makes that donut look GOOD! graciest719- So sorry for the yucky start to the day. Clean up like that is pretty much the worst. Hoping Jo is feeling all better soon and that Max is all good. Lots of drinks to you! malvo- Another sick LO? Poor M, hopefully if she's keeping things down she'll be ok the rest of the day and be all good for the special stuff tomorrow! portuguesemama- LLR, so exciting! The one good thing about summer ending is getting a paycheck and then getting back to some shopping! babys2015- Sounds like you had an amazing get away! So glad you got to FaceTime. We did that each night of our vacation and I felt like it was good for us and the kids!
Morning! We have been puke free for over 24 hours *knock on wood*!!! We gave her normal breakfast this morning and she scarfed it down. Fx it stay there.
No big plans today. Grocery store and cleaning mostly. Hopefully having a normal happy baby!
Too early for a beer? No? Not cause bad day, cause.. WHY NOT? Already hit up groceries and I'd like to just want to laze around the house. Maybe drink in the sun by the water table while N naps??
sjep922 I have these 2? Or a navy might work? I also have a navy, but it's more of a cotton-like feel, not the loose stretchy soft ones. They look pretty neutral, you could probably pull off any kind of bright fun color to contrast them?
But I need advice. I am applying for that promotion and have to submit a resume. How much should I update my existing? I mean, with regards to my objective, skills and additional information. Should I change the format at all so it "looks new"?
Put the resume/application aside for fussy f. It's SO hot out today. We have the house all closed up, blinds closed and curtains drawn to keep the heat out.
H over estimated the amount of meat he thawed out so we invited some people over to eat! We'll all probably hunker inside my tiny abode away from the heat, but that's ok.
sjep922 I like the idea of navy, burgundy, Coral/peach, deep purple with those leggings. Even a crispy ivory would be pretty. graciest719malvo I hope the babes feel better soon! LesleyEO it doesn't seem like you should be going back yet! What are stress dreams? I have been having some super crazy and vivid dreams lately, even waking up heart pounding! Could these be stress related? babys2015 I am so glad you've enjoyed your time away! It's great to rejuvenate ourselves!
rvamama- I know! Too soon! I have no idea if stress related dreams are really a thing, but that's what I say it is. I never usually remember many of my dreams except for at the beginning of each school year and I start to have all sorts of vivid dreams about every possible weird or bad thing that could happen. Could just be me, who knows!
