I have my 6week follow up with the OB today. I'm excited I see him and thank him, discuss what went wrong during my labour, and hopefully get cleared to exercise!!

I'm working. The girls had their 2 month app yesterday and are growing good.
This morning Evie was fussing and I rolled over to give her her pacifier and she wasn't having it. So I looked at my phone to see what time it was since she doesn't normally get hungry until 5 am and it was 5:20. I about shit, woke up H and had to rush to get ready while he fed her since I normally leave the house by 5:15. Walked into work right at 6.

We had doctors appointments for both kids: one month and four year. Everyone is great and I've put almost 3 and a half pounds on my little chunker baby! He's not a peanut anymore.
Now we're off to wait for the sewer specialist plumber. Later I'm hoping to go to my IL''s house to use their washi b g machine. I can't use mine until we're all fixed. Also I need to buy disposable diapers. I have a few but I'm not cloth diapering without a washing machine I can use.
Hey!!!! I'm here and alive! I've been insanely busy. Other than the two kids, who are amazing and sweet, I've been taking product pictures for a solid week. It's like I'm buried in a mountain of clothes that are threatening to drown me. Idk how LLR girls do it because I don't carry as much inventory as they do. Then again, I do have two kids I'm trying to juggle, so there's that. I have a Facebook sale on Friday so I need to be done by then....:..hahahahhahahahaha
J has put on a pound and a half in a month, which is pretty cool. I think she's only been waking up once. Honestly, nighttime is such a blur to me. But the weather finally cleared up and I was able to take both girls for a walk this morning! It was really nice to breathe fresh air.

S I having a very hard time napping yesterday and today so I am not getting anything done...

My friend came over with her two kids for a play date, it was so much fun! We were out in the backyard the whole time. Together we had four kids under three years old. Which reminds me to ask about birth control at my next appt.
DS1 is down for a nap and L and I are snuggling in front of the TV. His tiny old man track pants are killing me! And I miss the Olympics.
Ray going on BC shouldn't affect when your period returns. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the only hormonal BC you can take while BFing is the progesterone only pill aka mini pill. Most BC pills are estrogen + progesterone which can affect milk supply.
Last time I was EBF and My OB told me I didn't need to take BC for the first 3 months PP as long as my period didn't start, which she said wouldn't happen. And then my baby started to sleep 8 hours a night at 8 weeks PP and bam, there was my period.

Thanks! Yeah that's what he prescribed me.
The only reason I'm hesitant to wait to start BCP is my friend who is currently dealing with the miscarriage got pregnant again before she ever got her first PPP. I realize these two things are not connected, but Id still rather not have a Murphy's law situation where I get KU before I even realize I'm ovulating again.
I haven't stopped my PP bleeding yet. it's light but still enough for pads all day. I'm so over it because I hate pads.
Right there with you. I've downgraded to heavy duty panty liners, but it's still there. Whomp whomp.
It sucks! I mean I know at 4 weeks out its not abnormal but it's so irritating. I probably wouldn't mind if I could just use my diva cup but I hate feeling like I have to change two sets of diapers every day lol.

+1 on still needing at least a liner every day. I've had more than once where I had no bleeding at all for 2-3 days so I think I'm good without, then BAM spotting for a day or so. Annoying as fuck.
Ray, deathly hallows pt2 gets me every damn time. I've been binge watching all the seasons of Grey's Anatomy because I've got lots of free time & OMG I'm ugly sobbing like every episode. Damn these hormones.
I started applying to jobs because I really don't want to return to my current job after maternity leave. I have an interview on Thursday & I'm freaking out!! I haven't interviewed anywhere in years.

littlesthobo , willow , yep still bleeding here as well. Mine is still pretty heavy too for the most part. Still using super pads :-( My older son wanted me to go swimming with him yesterday so badly, and I felt awful saying no.
Good luck icaughtfire! I want to return to work when this one starts kindergarden so at that point, I'll have been out of the workforce for 8-9 years. Plus I was at my last job for 5 years so I do not even want to think about interviewing after almost 15 years since my last one.
